    There is not enough room on this site to write how thankful and appreciative we are to Shannon at PBJC! Upon our initial meeting with Shannon and Erich in June 2020, we were immediately impressed by the level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism they displayed,. They took a lot of time to sit and talk with us about our swimming pool needs and how we envisioned our new pool, and how we'd use it - including asking us about our "must have" list. They discussed line item by line item with us so we could weigh all the options to make our decision. After weeks of thoughtful consideration, input from family members and taking into account the potential for cost savings, we decided to hire another pool company who came in with lots of promises and a bid just under what PBJC proposed. WE'RE STILL REGRETTING THE DECISION to not hire PBJC!!! What a NIGHTMARE it's turned out to be with the OTHER pool company. We are now 12+ months into the pool project (yes you read that correctly, 12 months) with "the other guy" and are still not done. The other guy left off so many details from his estimate that we're now at the same price as what PBJC originally quoted us. (Top of the list of what wasn't included with "the other guy" : no electrical for the equipment, no footer, no water sanitization system?! Aren't these things a requirement to operate a pool? We have learned so much from this horrible experience.) We have buyer's remorse 100%. However, to our amazement when we contacted Shannon at PBJC in hopes of gaining a little advice, he went above and beyond with his expertise and his generosity of time and talent to help bail us out of this disastrous situation. There is something truly remarkable about a team who epitomize professionalism, have an affinity for their craft, and who consistently demonstrate overall integrity and kindness.     We actually decided to wait until next year to do it because it is kind of a pretty penny. There was a lot of stuff, but it was $32,000. I don’t know it it’s too high or not. We were going to get some other quotes to kind of put our toes in the water, they were the first people we got quotes from. It worked out great. Since they have great reviews, we’re going to trust their expertise, but we didn’t know if they are on the high end of prices. It’s the high price and the timing. It’s a new house, taking out a new mortgage for the first time, so we would just like to keep our little pocket money and kind of take a little time with the renovation

    I had an initial awkward experience with them, but then it became drastically better after meeting the owner. I had spoke to someone that did not inform me he was in the hospital and no one ever called me back so I gave them a poor review. He reached out to me and explained the situation. After that, he came over and did a phenomenal job. It was a great experience once he was able to get here and able to explain to me the delay in response to my request. He explained the process to me, and informed me that it was going to take several weeks from the time of the estimate and the actual model. He did say he was running substantially behind because of the recent hospitalization. As long as I was kept informed of what's going on, I was fine. He will inform you that he is among the most expensive companies, but does explain why. I think for the value of what he brings in is an "A". Price-wise, the consumer should know it is more of a "B". I would prefer to spend more money without having the headaches. He was phenomenal about explaining the pros and cons. We had logistical issues that he explained to us. He is still willing to build the model for us, so I was really impressed with that. His advice was pretty sound and appeared honest to me. Once we move, we will hire them to do work on whatever pool we have at that location. At this location, it just seems impossible. We had to think about all of the stuff that was going to increase the cost. He was outstanding. It would've been helpful in the beginning if they would've just been honest with me

    I contacted Paradise Pools for an estimate for new pool decking, some concrete work and additional screening around my existing pool. Rick Schmidt came to our house twice to review the project with us and provided us with an estimate. He was very professional and had some good suggestions for maximizing our project. Unfortunately, we went with our other contractor primarily based on the type of restoration he could provide for our pool decking, and partially on cost. Overall though I was very pleased with our contact with Paradise Pools and would highly recommend them for your pool projects. They had many good references and a high rating on Angie's list. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again

    Rick was very responsive throughout the process of planning and design of our pool remodeling which took a few months. The work was done in a very timely manner and he did a good job at sticking to the schedule. He was always reachable by phone. We love the pool finish which looks excellent. The screen enclosure looks brand new, We are impressed at how well it turned out. At first we weren"t interested in doing pavers for the deck, but Rick showed us pavers that worked well with the waterfall scheme we were doing. The paver job was done very fast and they agreed to install a commercial drain for us. One other bidder did not want to install the drain we wanted. We are happy that we stuck to getting the bigger drain we wanted. The bigger drain works so much better. We had to call Rick back to have his paver guys resand some areas that were missing sand. They came and did that and sealed those areas again. We did call him back also because pavers on the landing were sinking. Within a week his guys returned to fix that. The pavers were the only concern we had on this project. Everything looks beautiful. This was not the best quote we got for the various jobs, but we feel we paid for excellent service

    I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie’s. I’ve truly never been happier & can’t say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! 😄); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your “wish list” & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they’ve been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for.     From my first interaction with Brandon, I knew I would select him and his company to do the project I wanted done. We had our home builder tear out the existing concrete driveway and we selected Premier Outdoor to expand it and put down pavers. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job from the very beginning. He set the expectations, offered great ideas but more importantly, he followed through with it all (and then some) in the end. His workers were very clean around the job site and did an excellent job of picking everything up and leaving it as it was (or better) by the time they wrapped up. I am an extremely detailed and picky person… Premier not only met all of my expectations but they earned all of my respect. I will definitely be calling him back in the future for other projects we’d like to do
