  Richard is not only an excellant contractor, but also a warm, genuine and honest person who really cares about providing nothing but the best for his clients. I have been working with him for a year, and he has always kept me apprised of progress, who is doing each project, provides detailed statements about how much money went to each project, calls with any issue before progressing, and ALWAYS answers his phone every time I call. He provides me with the cell phone numbers for every person in charge of each project. He and his entire crew have the patience of saints, as my work schedule often keeps me from answering a call or calling them back in a timely manner. Richard has gone over and beyond my expectations concerning the complete remodeling of my outside landscaping and adding on to my house. He has always made several recommendations and options in different price ranges so I have choices and can make informed decisions. He answers every question, no matter how mundane, and explains every step in the process so I know what to expect. In addition, he is well aware of the procedures involving permits, county requirements and what needs to be done at every stage of construction, and keeps me informed of the process of obtaining permits, inspections, etc. He is meticulous about adhering to the laws of every county. He even found an issue that was overlooked in the original construction of my house and arranged to take care of it, not because he had to, but because it 'was the right thing to do'. I am so grateful to his attention to detail because this oversight could have cost me thousands of dollars in the future. I have two other houses that will need work, one of which will need extensive remodeling. I would not have any other company but RichardSean Construction complete the work. I completely trust the company, their office staff, their crews, and the people in charge. They are always polite, know their jobs well and have always treated me with the utmost respect and have given me any and all information before I even have to ask. This is the most transparent company with whom I have worked. I recommend them to everyone

  We hired Hickory Creek to help us design and install new landscaping for our front and backyard. Jessica came and assessed our yard, and listened to our requests and designed a rendering that presented a vision for our space. She selected plants and materials based on our preferences. She was very easy to communicate with and stuck to our budget. When it was time for installation, Troy, Adam & Danny showed up on time and were very professional. We got new sod installed, and realized how important it was to have irrigation professionals on hand to make sure all of our sprinklers were functional. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result. It’s like we have a whole new yard to enjoy. We would 100% recommend Hickory Creek to anyone needing plants or landscaping assistance

  Extra care lived up to their name and reputation. Angela, Cleber, and the staff, were extremely professional and very patient with us as we progressed, over several months, with the often complex planning, design, and ultimate installation of our unique multi-section patio. Roberto, Christian, and of course Angela, provided hands on leadership as their crews built the project. Marco and the men worked hard and long hours in the touch and rocky soil and displayed a great pride in their work. All the little changes that inevitable occurred were managed well. Cleaned up any mess at end of business day. Keep to “business hours”. Their craftsmanship is beyond excellent. Ivan is meticulous when working with stone and tile. The result is “beyond” beautiful. All team members we have meet, Travis, Cody, Ivan and Scottie have been a pleasure to work with. Beyond Custom Flooring has meet and extended our standards.   Ben and his crew are hard workers. Ben takes great pride in everything he does. With every stone block he laid, he leveled it and made sure it was flush. He arrived on time and when he said he would. He is the kind of man who gives his word and lives by it.He takes pride in his work and makes sure the work represent his name and integrity.   If you are in the market for a new flooring for an outdoor space, I wouldn't think twice about strongly recommending Randy and Ray's. We took on a sizable renovation of a foreclosed property, and one of the biggest issues that we encountered was with the patio. It consists of two covered lanais with three 20 foot steps going down to the pool. The house is located near a marsh, and the steps had "settled" and become detached from the house. As a result, portions of the tile that was laid on the patio had cracked and were falling off. I spent a tremendous amount of time on this component of the project - working to decide how to handle these troublesome steps. After speaking with no short of 10 experts about the issue (including a structural engineer), I hired Randy and his team to take on the job. We decided to have the steps reattached to the foundation with metal bars and then laid beautiful travertine pavers on top that were set in sand to allow for some movement. Randy's team showed up every day for this week+ project on time each day, and worked exceptionally hard (moving 1" thick travertine pavers is an absolute bear of a job). They were all extremely professional and were there just to work. The end result was awesome - he fixed my issue, and left us with the highlight of our new home - an amazing outdoor seating area. The patio is now level, and you would never know of the previous problems that we had with this space. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Randy and his team to anyone whose outdoor space needs an update

  Overall I was impressed how quickly this company moves on a job. They put this together and moved at lightly speed compared to the many vendors I have had over the years on various projects. Estimate quoted was the best of 6 that I received. Prices for pavers seem to very a lot depending on overhead that each company has. The two guys doing the brunt of the work were very polite and professional. The lead worker has good people skills and we discussed several times the reason they were performing something a certain way. Ultimately is was to give me a better finished product. What a great enhancement it will be to enjoy this. There are a couple little touch up spots that could use a tweaking. They only way I could see to improve this is to put in a little more sand in a few spots that seemed like there a few gaps. Also I noticed two or three spots where a little paver probably should of been cut not to leave a small hole. I have recommended these folks to several of my neighbors alread

  Randy worked with me on a design, and after no less than 6 different modifications/changes, we ended up with exactly what we wanted. We were informed of the various options for materials, and all options and prices were discussed at length. The construction began the day the materials were delivered (less than 2 weeks after ordered), and lasted 6 full days. Randy's workers started each day at 7 a.m. without fail, and did not leave until close to 5 p.m. every day. I had several questions and a few small changes during the construction, and all were addressed and handled without hesitation. We are 100% satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Randy & Ray's to anyone interested in paver/stone work
