    Donnie was awesome, gave us the best price on solar out of all our estimates without having to negotiate, was continually on point, on schedule, great at communicating when we had questions, or to give us updates, found us more ways to save by replacing our inefficient pool pump and old inefficient water heaters, and we are up and running selling excess energy to our electric company.     The crew arrived on time and they did an excellent job. We had never used my pool before May in the past, and this year, after the installation of the solar panels, we used it in March. The temperature varies depending on the weather, of course, but so far, the temperature of the water has reached 90 F (we are in April). It is possible to choose the maximum temperature you want. I am very pleased with the service performed in our home and I do recommend Solar Fit

    We interviewed 3 different companies for a solar water heater system, and liked A1A the best. We were going to go with a less expensive company, but that salesperson was dragging his feet, promising a written quote and kept forgetting to give one and changing the terms. With A1A, even though we spent a little more, it was worth it as the staff were great and did excellent work. Our electric back-up actually didn't turn on initially, and one of the installers came by on a Sunday to fix the problem, and make a few other fixes. After that we have had no problem. The owner is very approachable and has bee responsive to our questions, and we would definitely go with this company if we had to do it again

    They were very professional, courteous, and timely in all interactions. The installation team was great and very efficient, they were done in a little more than a day for 16 panels. The only complaint I would have with the installation process was that all steps along the way - there were several more inspections and steps along the way after the actual installation than I expected. For example - I didn't know that the plumber for the hot water heater would be a different person than the installation team for the panels and that JEA would need to look at things 3 times before the switch got flipped. All of this makes sense, but A better, written out understanding of this up front would have helped plan time needed off from work. That said - they were very good in getting these steps done, I just didn't quite expect it to be so much. As for the panels themselves, so far I have no complaints but time will tell if the value is what I expected it to be. So far 3 months in, I have not quite broken even with regards to generation vs. usage in total as I had expected, but have done better as we get further into spring, so I won't know until I have a year of data - hence the B for price. If I do get better results after a year, that may change to an A

    Except for rain everything went smoothly, the arrived when they said they would, installation took somewhat longer than the original estimate due to rain. There was a delay in the installation of the electric panel due to my scheduling conflicts, which they worked with graciously. Everything was cleaned up and they have been checking back with me to ensure that it all went well. Overall very pleased and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors

    After doing extensive research from Solar Laws to reviews on companies that install solar panels for residential homes, We learned that A1A Solar rated #1 in both categories. The salesman was awesome in providing detail information on from how the solar panels worked to the financing breakdown. After the paperwork was finalized, A1A Solar went to work on our roof. We had 22 solar panels installed. The Installers were friendly and very knowledgeable in giving us insight on how the installation process is performed and answered any questioned we had. The salesman and even the accounting department kept in touch with us to make sure everything from the install to the performance of the panels was to our satisfaction. Who could imagine going from a $200-$225 electric bill to ZERO?? We were very glad to have made the decision of choosing A1A to perform the installation. Just from the visual of our installation, many of our neighbors have decided to investigate the benefits of solar panels. So far, 3 more families in our neighborhood had panels installed on their homes by A1A Solar!.Thanks again

When I researched this process I was afraid it was not going to afford it and I would have ugly solar panels on my roof.     This is the story I did not want to have to write. Sunpro first came to me a year ago, a GREAT salesman, very friendly, sincere and thorough. I made decision to "go Sunpro" in February, so he put the wheels in motion. Everything began with no problem, until we were 3 months into the process and somehow it all fell apart. I was told it was would be "late summer" and I would be up and going. I define late summer as September. It is now November and we are no where near "up and going". I was scheduled for the electrical installation the AM of August13. Noon that day came around and I had heard from NO ONE. I had an appt, so I left home. Shortly after noon that day, I rec'd a call from a rep telling me the crew that was coming to do the work was running behind, they were in AR and headed my way, which was approximatlely an hour and a half drive. I advisedher that I had left because of the appointmenti had, in which I had made them aware of several weeks prior to this event. I told her I would be back o my house in 2 hours. She advised me, since I had already left, they would have to reschedule. That was odd, if it would take them an hour and a half to get there and I would be back in 2, why could they not spend that 30 minutes getting set up?? This rep was not exactly friendly, either. So the electrical install was rescheduled to the AM of OCTOBER 18. UGH, another 2 months of waiting. So on October 16 I got a call from a rep telling me they would need to reschedule this again because someone did not do their job and the existing water, sewer, phone lines and such had not been identified and marked. So, it was pushed back to Oct 19th. I was told they would be there around 8 AM, so I am ready for them. Guess what? 11:20 and no show! Finallly around noon I got a call from one of the men on the electric install job saying they "were still in Arkansas, about an hour and 15 min away". So finally about 1:30, they are working on the electrical installation. 1 hour into this process the lead man comes and tells me there is no way this job can be completed that day because of the late start but they would stay as late as they could, which was 5:30 when they left. I asked when someone would be back to complete the work, not his fault, but of course, he didn't know. I understand the workers do not do the scheduling. But communication is a HUGE issue with this company. The work to be done required tearing up asphalt from my driveway. This has become a HUGE issue too. I understood this would need to be done in order for this project to work, they assured me several times over they would repair my driveway and "it would look as if i never happened" when it was complete. Well, not one bit of that has come to fuition, eith. My yard and my driveway are still torn up, the electrical part of this project is not completed, I have not heard from ANYONE since the day this happened, the salesman has since left the company and here I sit wondering if this will ever be made right. Why is it that, as a consumer, you cannot be nice to people? It seems, that if you are nice and understanding about some things in the beginning that is a license for them to run over you! This company certainly took advantage of my niceness and now my niceness is gone and I don't like that! And, not one time have I rec'd communication from the same "account manager" twice. Throughout this process I have had at least 8, that I can account for, those are ones I have gotten texts from Identifying themselves as "account managers" or "helpers". Something is severly wrong! I have photos I would submit, but there doesn't seem to be the option here
