    The past two years ago after black Friday we hired him to come mount our 60" television, he came recommended from a family member who was very happy with his services. He was punctual, professional but still friendly, it seemed more like a close friend helping you out than a hired hand. We liked him so much we asked him to come back again a few months ago to mount another television, it's becoming a yearly tradition. He even when out of his way to help me trouble shoot something I has messed up after he left everything in perfect working condition which I feel was above and beyond the call of duty which I was so grateful for because I am so horrible with electronics

    Direct Star TV I've had them out maybe twice and most of them have been very punctual and they give good service, I will say that. At least in my experience it's been good service. I had one problem with the billing and they corrected that right away and I've even had a credit from them every month since then. My last interaction with them was probably several months ago, maybe three months ago. I didn't spend anything. I think my experience has been excellent. I think they have been prompt, they are very knowledgable about what they are doing. They made sure I was satisfied. I've never had to pay anything for a visit. But I think on my bill I have a protection plan that I pay for. I think they are very customer oriented. I would say go with Direct TV they are the best ones out there

    I have two accounts and two homes. They allow me to power off the one while I am not at one of the homes. Occasionally, I do loose signals when it rains, but it is rare. One is DDR and other one is a basic one. I have one dish and two receivers. I can watch two different channels. They are very responsive. I had a terrible experience with another provider. I get a good service and I am very pleased

    The installation went extremely smoothly. He was prompt and informative. No issues here. The problem began when we needed someone to come out because something went wrong and we lost reception. We tried technical support via phone. Although they were very nice and helpful, we were unable to resolve the problem. They then set up an appointment for a technician to come out and fix the issue. The appointment was for a week later. They said they couldn't get anyone out there any sooner so we had to wait a week for service. Totally unacceptable

    Installer showed up on time, was professional and took time to explain how X1 platform worked. Problem was with billing. Even though I have my own modem, they wanted to charge me a $10 rental fee. Also, when order was first initiated the order form indicated I would only paya $49.00 install fee. Install fees on the first bill were closer to $100.00. I had to make a trip into town to get them to explain the bill and make adjustments. I will go back to satellite dish as soon as this contract is over

    Our expectations were exceeded. Max and Shawn unboxed the 75 in TV and attached the mount without any difficulty. They removed the 55 in TV that was over the fireplace and relocated it to the master bedroom. They removed the old mount over the fireplace and installed the new one. They centered the mount based on where we wanted and installed it. They had to cut out a bar in the mount that was covering the power outlet. They ran 4 new HDMI cables and an optical cable to the built in equipment cabinet to the right of the fireplace. They connected all the cables, and adjusted the receiver, DVD, and firestick. They completely reprogrammed the Logitech My Harmony universal remote to configure it so that it would be easy for my wife to operate. Everything was tested and approved by us. Max and Shawn were extremely knowledgeable and had no problem navigating the setup. Max made a number of suggestions that optimized my setup. In particular, he reconfigured my receiver and educated us on the best sound for movies, TV, music etc. I had considered purchasing a new receiver but after he adjusted it, there was not need. My old receiver sounds great. He connected the TV in the master bedroom and reprogrammed the Logitech remote and again made a number of helpful suggestions. Max was very professional as well as patient. We discussed our setup and he didn't talk down to us but was genuinely interested in providing us the best AV experienced. I think I am out of the business of messing with my AV configuration. From not on, I am going to call Max to do it. He spent several hours with us and we found the fees to be more than reasonable

    BEWARE OF TISON SOUND & SECURITY The pre-wire was non operable in several areas of our new home and a live wire left hanging from our garage/kitchen entry. Workmanship is appalling. SPENT $2k had to pay another vendor to fix part of issues with non operable contacts and will still need to pay someone to fix wire & box issues. Owner Shawn states work looks just fine!! You be the judge and tell me this is quality for a brand new home
