I love what I get through them. Their service is great! If you have any kinds of problem, you can call them and they will fix it right away. They are friendly and courteous. I think it is one of the better service here in Jacksonville. Their pricing is even good.

The internet quality and speed depends on my computer. When everything is settled out in my computer, it goes right to it. But that usually takes about a 3-minute wait. Phone is all good. The cable service came with boxes and DVRs. I'm paying extra for an extra box where we can record in our DVR. I'd probably stay with them if they have the best deal to offer; otherwise, I'll go with the company that offers the best deal. Comcast has a 2-year contract. They had an excellent price for about a year then after that, the price went up a little bit ans so I had to add them a 2-year contract to go up to the standard price

They are a very frustrating company. We have problems with them all the time. And the time it takes to fix any issues is not good.

My internet goes out often. I think they are overpriced. They are pretty good at responsiveness.

We have problems with getting our land line the way we want it. The initial setup was very frustrating. The cable went out a few times.

It is, like, a package deal. I have probably had them since I moved to Florida, so I would say, 13 years. Their service is very costly so I am looking at another major communications company since they finally have the Uverse coming through their wiring now. I am probably going to change. They don't work with me when I call them and tell them my friend has this amount so why is she paying way less than I am paying? It basically is, like, $260-$280 for my internet, phone and TV cable. They had, like, a special for 6 months and then the price went up. My price does not include, like, HBO or any movie thing. It is just basic with more channels, but I don't get any of the shows. I have had them a long time. The quality and everything is good. I always had good internet and did not have any problems with channels or anything like that. Every time I have called them with anything they have worked with me really good. Usually I work with them on the phone because they reset my cable box for me and show me how to do it. I think they are costly because there is no one really out there

I had frequent phone problems. The tech they sent to "fix" it was a guy I fired for incompetence. Everyone I spoke to would say I was cutting out (like on a cell phone in a poor service area). They never did fix it in the 2 years I had their service. Internet speed was very high, but also VERY expensive. Prices kept going up all the time

We have internet and cable. They wanted us to have a bundled package, cable, internet and phone. I don't use the phone. It's cheaper to have that bundle than to buy the other two separately. The first thing they can do is work like hell in customer service. Their customer service stinks. It is terrible. It is below an 'F'. If there was any other alternative, I mean, I live in an area where these are my alternatives: I can get Comcast, I can get AT&T Universal, or I can get satellite. I can't use either of the Dish outfits due to large trees. I can't get a clear sighting. UVerse is too slow. That leaves me Comcast. I had an 18 month feud going with Comcast. They sent me a notice saying they were upgrading their system and that my modem was a Doc 2.0 and it had to be now a Doc 3.0. I'm a fairly compliant guy. I went out and bought a brand new modem. I have never rented a modem, I've always owned it. So, I get a nice Motorola, I bring it home, I hook it up, I'm fat, dumb, and happy. Next bill comes through, they're charging me for a rental for my modem. I called them up and told them they had a little problem, they are charging me rental for something that I own. Well, they made me jump through all kinds of hoops up to and proving that I bought the modem. Oh, okay, we're sorry, we fixed it. Next month, oh I got a credit for the previous month's rental but now I have a new charge for a rental. 18 months. 2 calls to Comcast headquarters. I said, here's my tale of woe. They look it up. We got it fixed. Meanwhile, I had stopped paying them. I am now in the rears by a month and I owe them $300 in total. The lady says to me, here's what I'm going to do for you since you had such a hard time. I'm going to credit this, credit that, credit this, credit that. I went from a $300 bill to a $124 credit. I said, Thank you, thank you very much. Next month, modem rental. And it kept going. When the customer has to tell the service provider what their problem is, there's something really, really wrong. I got a hold of someone in Comcast and said if you don't have the authority or the capability to understand this then please get me somebody that does. It's obvious what's happening here. You're inventory and procurement system talks to your customer service system. Every month you charge me for a modem I own. I call, we fixed it and we'll credit back to you. But then your systems talk to each other and your inventory and procurement overrides customer service and says, oh no, that modem's in our inventory and it starts all over again. I said, is it any simpler than that? They looked into it and said, you're 100% correct. You shouldn't have to do that and it sure shouldn't take that long. That's the customer service story.Field architecture story. When Comcast first came out with OnDemand we had horrendous problems with it. We were getting scrambled picture, we couldn't read it, we couldn't watch nothing. My wife got on the phone with them and there was a Comcast truck parked out front one night when I got home

There is nothing we can do. Like ATT, they rule the roost. We have no choice. They keep going up in price, but the keep going down in quality. If I can move, I would. Unfortunately, I have no choice.

Installation went OK, but required 1 return trip for static on the line. Caller ID with name never functioned correctly. It only displayed names for calls from BellSouth's service area.
