Designer Lifestyles LLCWe are over the moon with the service we received from Designer lifestyles. When using a company, Jon was by far the most communicative and professional person to come in and give us an estimate. They were polite, professional, competent and efficient. They kept the area clean and were in constant communication with me during this project. As with any project there were a couple of unforeseeable hiccups, but nothing that wasn’t easily and quickly remedied. The final cost was only about $500 more than the estimate we received prior to beginning the service. We feel that they earned every penny. We dreamed up our install in our head and they brought it to life. We will definitely use their service again for a future needs in our home, and do recommend their service to friends and family. They removed a wall, repaired the floor under that removed wall, repaired and painted the drywall, closed in two enclaves, installed upper and lower cabinetry with an area for wine, installed a wine glass rack, under cabinet lighting, quartz countertop beautiful backsplash, soft close drawers and doors, put in hardy board and new beautiful tile floor to ceiling around our fireplace. Final cost was about $11,000. The entire job was completed in about three weeks from start date.- Christy K.

Designer Lifestyles LLCVery well. The kitchen was a sad little box but Designer Lifestyles came up with a remodeling plan that completely opened up the kitchen and gave us even more cabinet storage. The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly.- Matthew K.

Tile & Stone Works LLCI was very fortunate to find Tile and Stoneworks. I had already met with a few contractors and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and exorbitant prices. BUT when we met Tim Davis, it was a pleasant surprise to find a capable, friendly and professional contractor. Not only did he understand what we wanted to get done, he made recommendations/suggestions and his prices were fair. Here are details of our project: We had a large vanity removed to turn the space into a large pantry storage. We also had a new pedestal vanity put in with the shower in the bathroom. Tim and Dino also removed and installed new tiles. In addition, they had to remove a door, build and paint the new walls. They worked efficiently each day and completed all the work in a week. They even worked on a Saturday.. The completed project turned out even better than I had hoped. Tim might have started out tiling but he seemed to have mastered all the skills needed- plumbing, electrical and more! We were impressed. We have already scheduled another project with Tim and Dino. We’ve also recommended him to a few of our friends. I think referrals are truly the best compliment we can pay any company!- yvonne p.

As in our review it explains the lack of professionalism and other attributes of Inz and Outz Home improvement. Once me and the owner spoke about the condition of the foyer and living room floor, he Mr. Payton agreed that he needed to replace 6 of the 30×60 matted porcelin tiles, which I felt confident he would do. Mr. Payton fail to show the next day or return any of our texts to date, costing us additional money. I don't think he is sincere about building his business long term.

Given a condensed timeline, the team did an excellent job with sufficient cure time. Overall, a three day job was complete on time because of their responsiveness and experience.
