Let me start by saying, from beginning to end, all the employees at Jack C Wilson are very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Chris Voss wrote our estimate and answered all our questions. He gave us several options on materials and an extended warranty. He was very easy to work with and helped us on some special requests and changes we needed to make. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any additional questions or concerns. The crew was onsite at 7 AM and immediately began site preparation which included covering our plants and shrubs and shielding our heat pump and pool equipment. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went exactly as expected with no surprises. They were careful and didn’t damage any of our landscape. Before they left that evening, the new roof had been completed. The crew worked very hard and stayed focused. They picked up all the trash and nails leaving little to be done the following day. The crew came back bright and early the next day to complete all clean up and remove all leftover materials. The chimney chase received new Hardee board siding, chimney cap and paint to match our trim. The carpenter’s work on the chimney chase was first rate and much better than the original. We were very pleased with the entire process. The work was exceptional down to the smallest detail. The entire process was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. The materials and workmanship were top notch. The customer service at Jack C Wilson Roofing is second to none. We highly recommend them and give them a 5-star rating!!!

I never heard another word from them. I did not reach out and contact them a second time because they did not follow through, which led me to believe they were very unprofessional. Another company was co tasted and they took care of my problems within 2 days.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Don and his team did an excellent job and cleaned up every night before they finished for the day. My condo was built in 1980 and I don't think there is a straight wall in the entire place but you would never know it. My floors and baseboards look amazing. Don treated my condo like it was his own and the pride of workmanship is evident in every room. I will be using DC3 Construction for additional upgrades throughout my condo. Mike Boucher RoofingExcellent experience from start until finished . My original estimate appointment was on time and well estimated . My quote was in the middle of six quotes that I received. The estimated start date was exactly as promised . The completion date was virtually as promised also, although , there were several unforeseen problems that had to be dealt with . All of the custom work that I requested , and all of the special circumstances that had to be dealt with , were handled and /or overseen by Mike Boucher himself . The extra cost for materials was fairly negotiated to my satisfaction. My roof replacement needed special attention in some areas and we discussed these during the original estimate. Before the start of the job , Mike Boucher came out himself to discuss my concerns. I received recommendations on improvements to my roof vents and stacks that have improved my home's roof. I have a fairly large roof with different pitches , etc. Everything was handled exactly as promised . From the original call for an estimate , to dealing with his office , was handled in a professional and courteous manner . Total Home Roofingthe roof looks fine...the problem lies in the damage done to the chimney, gutters, and the roof trim...the chimney has extensive damage to the siding exposing the flashing..the gutters are damaged with dents and some can not be fixed but will need to be replaced...the roof trim has been broken in some places and pulled away from the roof in all placed where the gutters were attached...it appears the gutters were just pulled down instead of taken down which caused a lot of damage...at this time it has been 3 days and we can not get anyone to address the issues..- ruel g.

Their estimate was the best, they arrived 2 days after the estimates and completed the job in 1/2 day. They were safe, courteous, and very helpful to explain and show us what was going on. K & D Roofing & Construction Co IncExcellent! I just gotta say I’m very impressed with this company and their loyalty to their customers. I wouldn’t call this a small company either.. from what I see they keep business very steady and with their very busy schedule Rob Hile (the owner) still managed to keep excellent communication with me. When we were first going over our contract to have my roof redone from an insurance claim, he was very thorough in making sure I understood everything that I needed done and took the time to go over every line item with me. Not only did his company do an excellent job on my roofing chimney sweep, they made sure all trash was picked up around the property. I was very worried about their being nails and debris because of my dog who roams around the yard, but I didn’t find a single nail or debris left over. I also had a big opening in an area in my house of missing drywall from a plumbing problem that I had mentioned to him, and since they were replacing the drywall on my ceiling, he went ahead and had his guy fix up this small patch as a courtesy for going with his company! This job was done almost two years ago. Recently though, my chimney sweep failed after a really bad wind storm and I called K & D roofing about the issue and knew I had the warranty. It was a quick fix of popping a new chimney sweep on and I was worried about being charged for labor as I’ve been tight on a budget. When Rob Hile came out for my appointment less than a week later, he came out and exchanged my chimney sweep with no cost to labor. It’s companies like this that deserve respect for being so loyal to their customers. I fully recommend going with this company and I will be referring him to people in the future.
