NORMAN'S VACUUM SUPPLYI was told they were backed up for repairs by at least three weeks. less than two weeks in they called to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with my unit. The assumption was that a stuck brush in the motor came loose during me efforts to remove it and transport it to their shop. They refused my efforts to make a payment for their time, only asking that when our old unit does finally die, that we consider buying a new one from Normans. That is my current plan. They were professional, prompt and fair. This has been my experience with them in the past as well.- Brooks B.

COIT Cleaning and Restoration of JacksonvilleBecause we were so pleased with result, we called Coit again. They were asked to do the same as listed above but the outcome was very different. After they left we discovered some kind of residue on the floor and on the glass surface of the coffee table. Because of this residue our dining room chairs no longer slide easily. Additionally, our light fixtures--clear glass shades and the bulbs themselves were streaked. The mirror and bulbs in the master bathroom were also streaked. We called the owner and he came the next day. He indicated that the oversites were no big deal and all we had to do was wipe it up ourselves. I could go on, but you get the drift. The owner offered us $100 that could only be used for other Coit services--which we have not received.- Kerry G.

I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie’s. I’ve truly never been happier & can’t say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! 😄); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your “wish list” & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they’ve been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for. And with Jessie’s, that’s miles past any other housekeeping company out there. THEY ARE SOOOO WORTH THE PRICE! Oh! They can also do more! They can send someone to clean your carpets, help you move large items, get you ready for a garage sale, pressure wash, and on & on & on. Truly full-service. I can’t say enough good things about them. My dogs even love it when they are here! 😊 If you need your house deep-cleaned & then kept this way, hire Jessie’s & you will be very happy you did.

Provider messed up the bathroom and I think he dont know what he is doing. I get a plumber for a garbage disposal and take a look on my bathroom. The plumber never touch or do anything in my bathroom. I reached out to JCA Finishing about the plumbers advice. John Aceri texted me to let the plumber the plumbing and the bathroom.

Execellent. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I must give a shout out to William Reed, Patrick Howell and AQUA Restoration for coming to my rescue. These guys are the real deal and will go above and beyond. If you ever have any water damage, fire damage, storm damage, mold etc., these guys will take care of your home as if it were their own.
