    It went very well. First, Jeff came to our house and did the initial estimate. He explained everything, including options, and answered all our questions. Once all the materials were in, Mark and Schuyler came out and did the installation. They were great. Explained some of the steps as they went along so we would have a better understanding. Once done, we started the generator and they demonstrated exactly how to connect power to the generator in the event of a power loss. The guys were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up all left over debris. We had used Crawford Electric for a smaller job in the past and I would definitely use them again. Would also feel confident in recommending them to others

    So greatful for this company! Very professional, kind, and responsive! We were needing to fix our sub panel so we could have hot water. Thayer recommended to just change what was required instead of incorrectly telling us to upgrade the whole sub panel for the money, which we experienced. Thayer thankfully came out the next day as our hot water was affected. We were a smaller job and he treated us like any other job. I am so glad for this company , the honesty, the care, the responsiveness and of course quality of work. I have hot water again and everything works amazingly! I highly recommend this company!!!!
