SUN DOG CONSTRUCTIONIt was a involved process that took many weeks to complete which included taking down all of the walls to find the leaks, repairing the leaks and waterproofing the entire wall then putting the whole thing back to together again. It took longer than I was expecting b/c we then added on the leaking closet to be fixed as well. I have only seen the finished work in pictures and by word of mouth. They say that it looks good and it hasn't leaked.- stephanie m.

Redlands Painting & ContractingKen was prompt with an estimate and took ample time to explain what work needed to be done. He then came and did all the prep work. He had 2 helpers but Ken was also here all the time. They all worked well. I know the prep work of removing and scrapping off old paint is crucial for the longevity of the new coat of paint. Ken did a great job of prepping everything...including the old garage which had some really bad areas. The paint job came out beautifully, he used 3 different colors. Ken paid extreme attention to details when painting. For example the downspouts and gutters were painted specific colors and he even painted parts (like little gable areas) up on the roof that I only noticed and could only see when actually on the roof! The contractor work he did on the garage doors came out nice too. The garage doors are now functional and match the house. Ken and his crew were always on time and worked hard. They were always pleasant. Ken took the time to talk us through colors and was patient with our indecision!- Kathi G.

On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call. Very unprofessional !

Business Description:
We are a small, local repair and remodeling company. We provide high detail service and pride ourselves on making every customer happy one homeowner at a time. If needed, we will ocassionally hire subcontractors to get the job done on schedule. If the job site distance exceeds 10 miles from the office there will be a $30 trip charge, which is due upon arrival. If hired for the project, the trip charge will be discounted on the invoice.

Frank was prompt, efficient, and nice to talk with. He was able to schedule the appointment with me for the morning after I called him. He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job. I was glad I contacted him, and I highly recommend him.

After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.

After waiting 3 weeks for the job to begin on Monday he called this morning 5 minutes prior to be here and said he needed to delay for a day. I asked why didn't he call on Sunday because I emptied the rooms for painting. Response he had a bad Sunday!. I told him I will find another painter.
