Thompson's Enterprises LLCHired Josh (Thompson) in 2010 to take over the lawn maintenance on our properties. He and his crew are always professional and friendly. His business was fairly new, which made me hesitant, but Josh really knows his stuff. Our lawns are way better than they eve were and they will always address any issues immediately. It's a smaller company but he is good at what he does and the size allows Josh to be very hands-on. His company also does several other things, not sure exactly what all, but we've had him repair a retaining wall and replace 20 windows on a multi-family unit. His guys did agreat job and finished quickly. Don't know what all capabilities the company has, but they seem to do well with whatever we have asked of them.- Scott E.

MOR-STORAGE SALESVery happy with my choice for contractor!!! The room addition is beautiful, it was done on time and was $9000 cheaper than other bids. When I contacted them for a bid, there were two other reviews on Angie’s List and neither was glowing. They had done a shed for me in the past and I had no complaints, so I decided to get a quote anyway. I worked with Chad S and not only has he lived up to written promises, any verbal concerns or changes were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. This was my first time d*** a large project and I really didn't know what I was doing, so I had some changes and additions once the project was underway. Chad was always helpful and I never felt he was taking advantage of my naivety. I was a little worried about horror stories of cost overruns, but there was only one added cost and it wasn’t completely unexpected. Chad had mentioned the possibility up front and I felt the additional cost was very fair. There was also quite a bit of damage to the yard, but again, Chad had warned me in advance there would be damage because weather conditions were less than ideal. Work was done in the winter; they had to thaw the ground and then it became a muddy mess. Considering conditions, I am surprised that the work was done on time and pretty darn close to budget. They built me a beautiful 13X16 room addition, complete with matching stucco and a 10 X 12 shed in just about 6 weeks, in some pretty foul weather conditions. All in all, I would highly recommend Mor Storage as a general contractor, as long as Chad is the project manager. I will definitely be contacting them for future projects!- Debra R.

MOR-STORAGE SALESThe provider couldn't adequately anchor the pole barn due to the extensive rock present. I had to drill into the rock, put in rebar and pour a concrete pad to anchor the barn before installation. After that, the provider did an excellent job erecting the structure.- Paula O.

ALL AMERICAN STEELJust like the other reviewer - the job was sold - the person who sold it never came out to check the onsite work of the people hired -he had a failure to communicate - nothing was ordered on time - people don't show up when they say they will - trash all over our property - .... They wanted final payment on the last part of the job before it was completed which is a big no no .... - based on the other Angie's list reviewer above we put in a penalty in the contract of $25 per business day for late completion (giving them a few extra weeks to complete from what they told us) .... well - they decided not to complete the job instead .... The sub contractor Buildabout - Ralph Mantrell - points at the person who sold the contract - Chris White - Chris points at the sub contractor ..... The delay has been so long - that they now owe us money - so instead they tried to renegotiate since it is so far behind schedule and have us pay up front so they can walk off the job a second time .... Wow - No thanks - save your money - find someone else who will actually do they job they are hired for.... I have never seen this kind of unprofessional behavior in someone who actually wants to stay in business.- Melissa A.

Unfortunately, our experience with Dan was about as bad as it could be. We were given a timeline of 5 weeks in mid February and, after months of ignored emails, finally received drawings in mid-June, 17 weeks later. Once submitted for permitting, the county realized that the snow load information was incorrect and rejected the plans. Frustrating to say the least. In discussing the requisite changes over the phone, Dan seemed unaware of fairly standard industry terms in residential construction (rake wall, difference between ceiling joist and roof rafter, cut roof vs truss, etc) which made us uncomfortable, to say the least. Keep in mind, this is after months of radio silence and considering we'd have to start from scratch with another engineer. Things were discussed three, four times and necessary changes still not made. Fortunately we work with our building department a lot, and these can be addressed in the field. I understand that delays happen. I understand that things can get complicated, often quickly. That said, I expect a level of professionalism, communication, and competence when paying someone for their service. You're a smart consumer and will do as you wish, but we will never, under any circumstance, be using Dan and J2.26 Engineering ever again.

After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems.
