Dave's Handyman ServiceHe was great- the door installs posed several problems as the original door was not set correctly. Dave was able to solve for everything, and the door looks great now, even though he had to remove and rebuild the door frame. He was very punctual, orderly, and experienced in solving problems. I quickly felt completely confident that the work would be done, and done correctly. He worked through my list at a good pace. Dave is also very pleasant, will definitely be calling again when my list builds up!- elizabeth d.

Freedom Construction LLCI had a very good experience with Freedom. Nick did an excellent job and the installs and insulation was top shelf. The install of the sliding door was great and Nick went above and beyond plus added a nice trim around the door opening that he custom made for no charge. The install was 3 years ago and I have not had one issue from any of the work performed.- James S.

All Property MaintenanceMario was Prompt, Knowledgable, Courteous, and was very Professional. He also went the extra distance. He noticed our front door was sticking...He fixed it. He noticed our 5 vent boot covers on the roof were bad...he show us pics...then went to the store and replaced them...he noticed the siding on the chimney was also missing sections from the wind...he showed us video...went to the store...got the missing pieces...totally fixed the chimney...he also showed us where our gutters were loose...totally secured them... We were blown away that someone will go the distance to make sure our home is ready for the winter / spring weather....we feel so much better about our house now. Thanks again!- Cheryl T.

He installed it in 3 hours and all of it works correctly and with less strain on the garage door opener than the old wooden, hole ridden door. BRATTON WINDOW & DOOR INCI used them last Spring. It was very satisfactory. I don't recall the price. I was very pleased as it was much lower than I had anticipated. Mario gave a detailed and complete estimate in writing beforehand for all work to be performed so there were no surprises later and we really appreciated this rather than someone simply agreeing to work with us on a hourly basis. A bunch of scammers. Skeptical that the positive reviews on here are real reviews. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate for replacing 2 small windows on the side of our house. The call to schedule the estimate took forever, and we never received any sort of confirmation that they said they would send. Their "marketing director" came and told us there was a special "marketing campaign" going on and we would be able to get a big discount if we let them use our house as part of their campaign. Despite the fact that we only wanted 2 windows replaced, they proceed to look at the whole house and pushed hard to get us to consider changing all the windows. It ended up taking almost 2 hours in total during a work day, and they wanted us to sit down with them for 4 MORE HOURS to discuss more details about the "marketing opportunity". Lots of pushy and unscrupulous tactics used. After a quick Google search, realized they pull this same stunt on many poeple. Stay far away from this company.

From the consultation appointment to installation this company was completely professional. We did not feel forced into buying and the installers did an exceptional job. If needed, we will ocassionally hire subcontractors to get the job done on schedule. If the job site distance exceeds 10 miles from the office there will be a $30 trip charge, which is due upon arrival. If hired for the project, the trip charge will be discounted on the invoice.

He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job.
