New Look Home ExteriorsWe had new siding, windows, and roofing done by New Look Home Exteriors. They did a fantastic job from start to finish!! Our initial consult with Jason was great. He was very thorough and professional. He explained the process logically and was very communicative throughout. Jake also communicated well with us through out and was very professional. They treated us like family. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work you receive in return. There was additional water damage that was found while they were taking off the old siding, and they let us know about it and fixed it, rather than just covering it back up. Any problems/concerns that we had during the process were immediately taken care of with no hesitation. Very customer friendly. These guys do it right! They were a breath of fresh air since we had bad experiences prior with home improvement contractors. The crew was thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, awesome experience! AC-CEL Windows & SidingWHAT AN AMAZING JOB! We just had a new roof and siding put on our 80+ year old house. We called Ac-Cel and set up an appointment with the owner, Nick. He came to our home with plenty of samples of roofing and siding materials. He took the time to explain everything and gave us several options to choose from. There was no sales pressure and it was clear Nick took pride in his company and the work they did. The roof job was pretty straight forward, and looks great. The siding job was a little more involved, due to age and several additions and alterations to the home. There were a lot of uneven walls, edges and multiple construction materials used. We were afraid the new siding may not turn out as good as we had hoped for. WOW we were shocked.! The job is complete and looks fantastic. The workmanship and attention to detail are superior. The job was completed quickly ( except for a few rain delays), and the cleanup was perfect. We can not express enough how happy we are with the job Ac-Cel did with our home. Zeke ensures a professionally well done project from start to finish. He submitted a timely quote and provided sample selections. He spent time to go over material selection. He was very willing to meet with the insurance claims representative to validate the extent of wind/hail damage. The contract price was valid for over 9 months which included the winter season. The work was performed safely, flawlessly and professionally. The project when started was completed in a timely manner. All debris was gathered everyday and properly disposed.
