I worked with this plugin for months. My site was going down every single day for months until I finally disabled and quit this plugin, and since disabling it I have had ZERO downtime. I should say zero MYSTERIOUS downtime, because no-one, certainly not jetpack people, knew why I was going down. During this time I was a paying customer and received support from Jetpack, and they were very friendly but made NO effort to fix my down every day problem, suggesting I look into other things that could be the problem. I’m glad I fired them and not Netsol. Done for good. If you want uptime, avoid this plugin and its staff.

    Hi @thanksforconfusingme

I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with Jetpack. I checked your support history, and as we mentioned there, Jetpack’s Monitor feature was alerting you of downtime when it was unable to access your site for more than five minutes.

Since you disabled Jetpack, you’ll no longer get those alerts, so it’s possible that your site is still having downtime, you’re just not hearing about it any more. You may want to look into using another downtime monitoring service to make sure.

I do have another monitor in place. It really wouldn’t make sense for me to come to any conclusions otherwise. Thanks.
