    Madison is my go-to for everything related to my yard. When I purchased my home in 2019 the yard was in extremely rough shape. Madison helped me develop and execute a complete makeover of my property including reseeding the entire lawn, designing and installing new landscaping for the front and the back, removing broken concrete paths, installing a paver patio and walkway, installing a new mailbox, and ongoing mowing/leaf removal. He coordinated all of this with me remotely while I was living away from my home during COVID. I returned home to a masterpiece. I recommend Madison highly. He is hard working, honest, reasonably priced and landscaping is his passion. His attention to detail is superb and he will take care of your property like it is his own. His work at my home was so well liked by my neighbors that at least 6 of them are now using his services as well. He also created a flower bed where my oil tank was removed and created beds on the side of the house where erosion had taken away the soil. At the first visit, he inspected all my garden and after that he sat for 25 minutes to explain me my irrigation needs and what he proposed. Also, he was already prepared with all lecture material, material specifications, copy of their licenses and insurances for my reference/records. I know I have paid a little bit more this time, but the job was executed as promised in the time agreed, in a professional manned and with a high end quality. This company is one stop for all your irrigation needs. Raffiani placed any necessary permit, brought licensed plumber, call 811... everything. I did not have to worry for literally nothing. System is now working and John took his time to explain me how to set up the controller and why about the watering times for my garden needs.
