IMA PaintingExcellent! First time using this firm but it won't be the last. One of the most professional painters we have hired. Our 94 year old home has been extensively renovated over the 57 years I have lived here. This man was the first to contact us for a quote out of 3 potential businesses. He traveled quite a distance to do our work. His work was beautiful...very detailed, very professional. I wish we would have found him earlier. Finally, a painter that knows "how" to paint. Thank you Antonio for helping us out. I might also mention, we increased the amount of work we wanted done and it was no problem for Antonio and he did NOT price it out of our budget. InnoTech Construction, Inc.We originally hired Innotech construction inc to install fencing on on our property, along with some gutter repair and refinishing our porch. Ashley and his crew were very professional, prompt and courteous. From the initial meeting for the estimate, Ashley listened and addressed all questions or concerns we had and communicated with us entirely throughout the project. Days of scheduled work, The InnoTech crew arrived on time and immediately began the fence installation and gutter repair. The fence looks absolutely wonderful, it is strong and secure and is a great addition to my home. When the gutter repair was performed, Ashley discovered a section of my roof that was damaged, he took photos and discussed with me options concerning the damage while his crew stayed busy repairing the gutter and refinishing my porch. At the end day, Everything looks absolutely fantastic! The InnoTech guys were professional, detailed and polite. They did a great job cleaning up and my wife and I were very impressed. These two painters showed up every day, did great work in painting wood trim on our 3 story home plus painted trim on our garage, painted our awning, vestibule, wood columns. Ed did a fantastic job. I can't believe I waited 18 months since I built this house and never thought of getting it done sooner. But the wait paid off. The Deck before and after Ed completed it just amazing. Ed explained the process very easy and walked me through choosing the colors. Watching Ed working on the deck and taking his time to get it done right unbelievable. His professionalism and customer service I wish if I can write more about him. The price was very reasonable as well. Well Done Ed and hopefully I see back @ my house again for the next project. Will definitely recommend and he will get it doe right!!!

My experience with FJ's Painting was an absolute nightmare. Both Felix and his wife, Tammy, arrived to provide us a quote for what was a somewhat substantial job (whole interior of a 2-story single-family home). We were quite impressed with them during the initial conversation and the estimate was fair for the amount of work necessary, or so we thought. Additionally, we were happy to support this small-owned business as we realized that the business had undoubtedly been hard hit by the recent quarantine; however, we quickly learned we made a rather unfortunate choice. Felix, the owner-operator, arrived on the 1st day only (with 1 other painter) to inform us that he would have to leave early that afternoon due to personal issues. He did, however, report that he had a 4-person team arriving early the next day to ensure we remained on schedule. The 2nd day, we had 2 painters arrive and park on our driveway with a blown radiator. Their van leaked coolant all over our newly sealed driveway and my husband had to spend his own time and money to repair their vehicle so they could drive home at the end of the workday. Insufficient dropcloths were used and inadequate care taken to protect our belongings. As a result, we were left with paint on our furniture, light fixtures, and brass doorknobs. Felix, along with 1 other painter, arrived around noon on the 2nd day to join his workers only to leave around 3 hours later. We opted to terminate the job after the 2nd day to avoid further damage to our home. The workmanship was shoddy and disorganized. The painters did not seem to have a plan on how to complete the job and started work in several rooms without any focused plan of action. We had to point out several areas of the ceiling that required additional care as the original paint colors were still visible after 2 coats. The painters were not using a primer, nor coating the rollers with sufficient paint to effectively do the job. We really had no choice than to cut our losses after the 2nd day, reimburse Felix the cost of the paint purchased for our home (which was woefully inadequate for the size of the home), and set forward on hiring another contractor at great cost and inconvenience.

Recent Review:
Worst experience as a new home owner hiring a contractor for the first time. The project manager was kind and did his best but the people they sent to work in my house were not professional. I think the original guy they sent was on drugs. He left food he was eating behind and was using my personal vacuum and ladder. They got paint everywhere. In the end it was a rush job. The woman they sent was wonderful and she did her best to try and fix the mistakes that were made, but she had her work cut out for her. I wish they sent her to begin with! I ultimately could have done the job myself for the results I’m left with. Be careful hiring this company. When I called to speak with the person I was sent to do my quote, he talked to me like an annoying ex girlfriend. He told me he was getting ready to catch a flight and to get to my point because I was “costing him money.” Ok fake eye-contact guy, I paid hard earned money so the least you can do is make sure I’m satisfied with the work. Needless to say I’m very disappointed.
