Foundation 1I hired Foundation 1 after receiving their quote and 2 other similar companies for a drainage mitigation issue in our backyard. Foundation 1 was fairly priced and had a more comprehensive, well engineered solution. From start to finish, I was impressed by their good communication, customer service. Special thanks to Cassell on the quote, Stephanie on scheduling, and Freddie, job foreman. The 2-day job went smoothly, Freddie and crew were professional, courteous, timely and left the job site in good shape. They went above and beyond to complete the work as specified. Freddie took initiative and improved a trouble area in my landscaping which improved the overall drainage. Last, they have the person who did the evaluation come in at the end to ensure all the work was done to spec. Foundation 1Guys were great, Our Sunroom moved up and down depending on the season and we were having troubles both with cracks on the walls, opening and closing windows and troubles with getting the door shut. i saw the crack virtually disappear and the door and windows open and close easily. I did have to add 2 wooden posts as once the bottoms were dung up were pretty rotten. Guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards laying some seed down and hay over it.- Phillip D.

Foundation 1Josh and his crew did and amazing job on our home. They did some mudjacking for us and did a phenomenal job. They completed the project in the exact time frame that they said they would. They were extremely respectful and courteous and did a great job keeping us in the loop during the entirety of the project. The price was extremely fair and the necessary damage that had to take place to complete the project was minimal. Other companies had us ripping out tile and bathroom fixtures while Foundation 1 was able to work around it. I hope we won't ever need to use them again, but if anything else happens with our house they will be the first ones we call.- Meagan F.

They also sent two different people to look things over because another company thought I had foundation issues as well.
