## Languages

The main vehicular language will be English, but it is not limited to English only. The main objective is to give a presentation in English at the established frequency, and in an interspersed manner, presentations in other languages can be included in the same format. The more people we can reach, the better!

I understand what you mean by "vehicular language," but it's not a common phrase.

Does this keep the same meaning you're looking for?
"English will be the primary language used, but it isn't a requirement."

Yes... there is discussion about this in the Community Team, because as we did, the Marketing Team also seems to do a "Global Meetup" and the language was something to discuss... so, we will see when the Community Team explains about that, but seems language shouldn't be a problem.

Sounds good -- and I would love it to be with many languages!

I recommend trying to make it sound appealing or compelling by saying something like this: "While the primary language used within the WordPress Community is English, presentations will be translated into other languages as well. The WordPress Open Source Project embraces diversity and with that aims to support free access and open involvement for all people. The more people we can reach, the better!"

I like this, @amykamala!

Maybe "some presentations will be in other languages as well" rather than "presentations will be translated into other languages as well"?

I left one comment on there, but I'm also fine with approving this, then iterating.

After I commented, I realized this also needs a manifest update to add the new page.

So maybe do both that, and the change above in this PR?

We need to merge first this so we can update it with the new file... I think.

I think you can add the manifest update to this PR and commit them at once.
