Top Shower Repair Near Ashburn

They did a big jog (about $20,000) 19 ! years ago. All went very well. One month ago part of the shower mixing faucet broke down. Part not available, discontinued. They went out of their way to find the needed part and fix the shower mixer (hot and cold water) that they installed 19 years ago. I consider it a great service and a company that stands behind the products they install.

FH Furr is always prompt. We filled out a service request online and received a call within minutes. They were able to send a technician out same day. The technician Mike was able to quickly diagnose and fix our leak. We’ve always been happy with FH Furr and would use their services again.

They were great came in set up and were done in about 20 min. No problem at all since.

Used the big deal of $50 for $100 to fix the shower diverter in the kids' bathroom. It was easy to setup the appointment, and they called ahead to confirm, which are two huge plusses. The plumber arrived and indicated that it would be $200 for the job. I was a little taken aback because I had the same issue at previous place, and the guy only charged me $79. We disagreed at first because he said I owed $150, and I said no, I am using the big deal so if it's $200, and I already paid $50 for $100, then I owe you $100. He finally understood. He performed the work quickly with no issues. He did a great job caulking the faucet, and let me know that I should wait 24 hours to use. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was hoping to replace the shower faucets. They are the older two handle type, one for ?hot? and one for ?cold.? They are the economy models. Some of the threads are worn and some of the plastic covers are cracked. I have to replace the washers about once or twice a year. The last time, I did not ?seat? them correctly, and we go a leak into the wall. I was hoping to get a single handle ?washer less? model. The ?Uneeda? contractor was professional. He brought a trainee. They put on covers over their shoes. They explained all the work they would do with an estimate. To repair the existing faucet would be $250.00. To install a washer less single handle would be over $3000. The new faucet would be top of the line. I had them repair the existing faucet, which was no more than replacing the washers and properly seating them. They did not replace any hardware other than the rubber washers. This cost too much for the work that they did, even though it was very professional.

I had number of repairs needed for my master bathroom. The first plumber I called was courteous and helpful but the outcome was "you need a bunch of parts, and you need to figure that out and order them". I ended up lost on Kohler's web site trying to find the right replacement parts for a couple of faucets. I gave up and decided to call another plumber. I contacted Mr. Rooter and they came out the next day. When Kevin arrived he started taking things apart and determine he had most of the replacement pieces I needed already on his truck! Instead of just a visit to quote repairs, Keven actually was able to complete most of the items I needed done on the initial visit. He was courteous, helpful, and explained what he was doing at every step. I'm definitely adding them to my list for callback if I ever need more plumbing assistance.

Tyler came out and took a look at what needed to be done. He advised me about buying my own shower head as it would be cheaper than if he got one for me. He came back out and completed the work very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any more plumbing work I would definitely request Tyler to come out for me. Thank you!

Prompt, professional, timely and good quality service. Plumber communicated with us about the work and what needed to he done at all times. Finished in less than an hour.

I am writing a follow up review to say how terrific this company is! I had an issue with my shower and Mark, from Cardinal, came out to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. I called Cardinal back and Mark was out again within 24 hours (on a Saturday morning!) and my issue was resolved immediately. Thanks so much to Mark and his team for wonderful service! I will continue to recommend Cardinal to friends and family!

It went great. They waived a $59 service fee. And I was able to use my deal as a credit toward a second visit. He had to come out 2 visits to replace a cartridge on my shower. It was done properly, but it was way over cost. It is misleading that the $79 does not include an additional $59 service fee. It should be disclosed from the beginning. If I had not paid $59 for the first visit, I would have lost my coupon that was worth $200.

A different plumber told us that to repair a leaking shower drain in our condo, he would have to remove the shower pan, which would have meant removing some tiles and thus re-doing the entire shower (since we do not have replacement tiles). Haynes got us on the schedule right away and fixed the problem without removing the shower pan. They worked in tight quarters (from a hole in the ceiling of the condo unit a floor below ours) and got the job done. We are very pleased and will use them again next time we need a plumber.

Kevin and his assistant accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They had the needed part on the truck. They were pleasant to work with and professional. It's nice to now have a plumber we can trust.

It was great. They came when I asked them to come. They showed up on time. The plumber was knowledgeable. He was done in less the time they had estimated.

Had two showers down at the same time. One leaking, the other with no hot water. Terry and Patrick did the legwork to figure out what was installed and where to get replacements. In the end they replaced the cartridge in the leaker and cleaned up a broken shut-off valve for the hot-water side of the other shower.

Everything went fine, and the people were nice and informative. I would hire them again in a minute, I would also recommend them to friends and family.

Fine. Service tech arrived a few minutes behind schedule but called to keep me up to date. Tech diagnosed and quickly completed the job. The shower no longer leaks!

I love working with Bryan and Liz. We have used them twice. The first time, the wall next to our shower was getting wet, but we couldn't figure out how the water was getting out. Bryan was quickly able to diagnose the problem and come up with a temporary solution that we used to keep the wall dry until we were able to get them out to do the permanent work. I had another contractor come out to give us an estimate as well, and that contractor seemed much less knowledgable than Bryan about what was causing the leak. When I explained to the contractor what Bryan was planning to do, and the price Liz and Bryan had quoted, he didn't even bother to give me an estimate. He just said, and quot;That is a good price; you should use them.and quot; We had Bryan complete the work awhile back and haven't had any problems since. The second time we used them was to retile our bathroom floor. Again, their quote came in lower than our other estimate, and they seemed more knowledgable, which is an excellent combination. Liz was helpful in coordinating everything, and Bryan was hardworking, professional and pleasant to have around the house for the week it took to complete the work (actually 4 days, as he finished early). We're very happy with how everything turned out, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
