From the first phone call to the follow up phone call checking in on my service experience this outfit was outstanding! I have referred them to others and will continue to do so. From my first consultation on the door and hardware that achieved the desired "look" I was taken through the process step by step with complete competence and a keen eye on customer service. They had to deal with the lead based paint in the exterior trim of the door and my wacky schedule which they did easily and with a smile. The installation crew were wonderful, they are welcome to come out and work on my house anytime, polite, on time and a complete clean up once the job was completed left me happy happy happy AND my new door looks awesome............

Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion.

Our overall experience was good. The came out and took measurements and then replaced the old storm door with the new storm door. The spring on the storm door was defective, so they came back and replaced that a few months later. There was no additional charge.

We had an issue that had to do with construction of our house, so doors put in by TC never quite fit correctly, meaning the weather stripping rubbed and broke with normal use. TC addressed the opening flaw and rehung doors so they fit correctly. Marlin and his colleague did a FIRST RATE job, punctually, cleanly, and professionally for very meticulous client (us). Several years ago TC replaced a cathedral window that required custom fitting and was done, as was the door, with impeccable care. They are a responsive, above average company to work with and we'd recommend them highly if you have high expectations for product and work done!

Sunshine replaced 7 windows and an entry door, and installed a storm door. They were professional and excellent communicators, start to finish. No surprise costs. Efficient, friendly, and tidy. I plan to hire again.

Our front storm door was damaged in one of the wind storms this April. The door, which did not fully shut, was blown open by a gust of wind and damaged. The damage consisted of the door hinge being bent and the closers being ripped straight out of the door frame, along with some damage to the door hardware. We consulted with several companies, but only MJ Katnich agreed to actually fix the door. Most of the other companies wouldn't agree to do some basic work to the door frame and/or wanted to combine the whole door package into one. Michael was very responsive and attentive to our problem and got the whole thing fixed very well. The price was quite good given the amount of work that had to be done. From start to finish, Michael was very helpful and professional and the new door looks great and works better that the old one did. The door frame, which had to be fixed and painted, looks great and you would hardly know that it had been repaired. One of the things I appreciated most was that rather than require us to be onsite when he inspected the problem (like many other companies) he was fine coming during the week and following up with a quote to replace only the storm door and wood damage. Both my wife and I work, so when businesses make an effort to work with our busy schedules, I really appreciate it. Overall, we really appreciated Michael's work and would definitely use him again in the future.

I received a prompt response to my request for a quote. Same once I signed the quote for the storm door. Delivery and installation was done within the time given. Very happy with the door.

My initial review of this company was very poor. Our order was delayed several times, and every time I phoned, asking to speak to a manager, I was referred back to my salesman. To Quality Window and Door's credit, my initial review prompted a visit by the owner of the company, Nick, who wanted to get some bearings as to what went wrong with my order. Nick impressed upon me that he wanted to make things right, and he promptly got about the business of doing so. We've had a lot of work done on our fixer upper over the fifteen plus years that we've lived here, and I have come to understand that, ultimately, we live with the product. Things often can go wrong, especially in a COVID world, but when the product is excellent, all things that go wrong can be easily forgiven. The storm doors that Quality Window and Door provided us are of exquisite quality and craftsmanship. They are far beyond anything that Lowe's or Home Depot have available to the public - even via their special orders, and I am overwhelmingly pleased that we decided to use the company. Based on our experience with the delays we had on our order, I thought I couldn't enthusiastically recommend Quality Window and Door to friends and neighbors who would inquire, but based on the products we've received, I've changed my mind. In fact, I have decided to contract the company again to replace the Home Depot (special order) storm door that we had installed, years ago, on our front door!

Install customized storm door. Built wood, PVC and metal customized extension to install the frame because the storm door needed clearance. The installer worked from the morning through almost 3:00 pm without stopping. The Provia storm door's fit and finish is impeccable. The workmanship of the installer was stellar. I am very happy with the work performed and definitely recommend Consumer Construction highly.

We were extremely pleased from beginning to end of this project. We didn't have to listen to a sales pitch about the company which was big. Our salesperson, Tom Langworthy, listened to what we wanted, offered practical advice regarding color and door styles, and gave us a price that was within the ball park of other quotes. The process was pretty painless. We were so pleased with Hodges that we are now in the process of ordering new windows! I highly recommend Hodges.

We priced a few window and door companies and this was the best price we received for the service which was very good. We would and plan to use the again.

We had a great experience with them. We needed new windows, siding, trim, and a storm door. Our estimator/project lead was Brad, he was very easy to work with, was very responsive over email, and came by multiple times to answer questions and finalize styles/colors. No pressure or sales gimmicks. Both the window crew and the siding crew did a great job, and we were really impressed with the final result. Highly recommended!

The service was very professional. The first service rep arrived promptly to take measurements of my front doorway and explain my available choices in storm door design. The installer was also prompt. He took less than 2 hours to install the door and took the old storm door away as well. I got a quality, good-looking new security storm door at a reasonable discount (for installation).

I called Fred?s Best to repair the Storm Door on the front on my home. When they arrived, they analyzed the situation and provided an excellent analysis of what it would take to fix the problem: short-term (replace the Storm Door) and long-term (in addition to replacing the Storm Door, repair the Storm Door framing due to age of the original wood with stronger weather resistant aluminum supports that look like the original wood). They provided an estimate, ordered the materials and completed the installation with minimal interruptions to my schedule. They kept me informed via email during these project; thus, I could monitor the project status via my mobile device. Professional work and timely service, but fairly expensive for work performed. I also received estimates for storm security doors and found Home Depot does equivalent custom security storm doors and installation for 40% less. Home Depot and Keyed both utilize third party contractors to build customs storm security doors.

Zen windows was wonderful from start to finish. No hard sell, no deposit required, they kept in touch while we waited for the doors to be manufactured and delivered. The installers came on the scheduled day, on time, installed the doors, cleaned up and left. They were professional and friendly and my new doors are BEAUTIFUL!

My experience with Nova Exteriors was great. I needed new storm doors installed on two sets of French doors leading to a patio. Each set of doors has a total width of 48", so a custom solution was needed. Nova works with Provia, which manufactured the doors. The job was intricate and the Nova team needed a fair bit of creativity to make the new doors work on my 1976 row house. Near the end of the 9-hour install, they made a couple of small measurement errors and cut a couple of pieces of trim a bit short. They made it work as best as possible at the time, and then worked with me to replace the short pieces as soon as they could get new ones from Provia. The last step happened yesterday, and their guy showed up in a mask and gloves and was careful and respectful of social distancing and wiped surfaces down before he left. I am very happy with the service I received, the quality of the work, and the doors themselves. I would not hesitate to use Nova again or recommend them. I used them because of their relationship with Provia and the good reviews on Angie's List, so thanks to previous reviewers.

Ben's team should up promptly on the scheduled date. The install was completed in about 4 hrs. Upon signing the contract, I had informed Ben that I wanted to reuse the exterior door's lock. Unfortunately, during removal of the existing door, the lock was damaged. The install team offered to have replace the lock at no charge to me. In fact, a quick trip to the local hardware store had a new lock at the house before door installation was complete; great customer service! The installation of the doors was performed with quality; doors are plumb and open/close smoothly. At the end of the installation, I noticed that the upper storm door :closer" provided by the manufacturer was the wrong model. Ben subsequently contacted the manufacturer and got the correct part on order. Though it took a few weeks to get the correct door closer installed, I am still very pleased with American Windows work. Everything looks great.
