I recently remodeled my c 1950 kitchen and needed 21 ft. of quartz countertop installed for the project. This was my first kitchen remodeling experience. After a couple of not so great meetings with other vendors I met with Mr. Bernstein at Counter Culture. I was so well cared for by him and his team throughout the process. After discussing my design ideas and budget, and reviewing the dimensions of the kitchen, Mr. Bernstein showed me samples of quartz material available at low, medium and higher price points, and in several related color groups. I was never rushed and he gave me lots of information to help in my selection. He offered to send me home with samples to try out but I didn't need to do that. His shop has a tremendous selection to choose from. Once the rough in was done and appliances delivered he sent his co-worker out to measure using a computer and laser technology. A week later they arrived with my beautiful countertop - fit like a glove even though my walls are almost 70 year old plaster! The installers were great too - very talented and not one mistake. All this at a very competitive price too. I could not be more pleased with everything! These guys are A+ and highly recommended!

It was wonderful working with Jennifer and Aldryn. Very accommodating and responsive. I had initially chosen a much more expensive product and explained to Jennifer what I wanted in a countertop. She provided me with comparable products that even resembled the original product I had picked. Aldryn too was a joy to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Neither one "sold" me- they listened.

EuroStoneCraft really blew me away with their amazing customer service, excellent price (the most competitive quote I rec'd for Ceasarstone's London Grey) and installation. Todd Layton is a DREAM to work with. He answered my MANY questions promptly and kindly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied. The countertops are beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

It went well, with one minor problem, the installer damaged my dishwasher while installing the counter tops. But they replace the part without any problem.

In the age of the pandemic, doing a house project is not easy but Flinstone and Christian Acetuno made this a safe pleasurable experience. I had initiated phone contact and Mr Acetuno came to my house masked did measurements and then I was able to go to their facility where they have their store front and fabrication and actually pick out my material which they had in stock and negotiate a fair deal. The installation was done by a crew of three, flawlessly, only took one hour and thirty minutes, amazing. All three installers were masked and I kept the kitchen door open for extra ventilation. The quarts looks fabulous and the experience was really excellent.

I solicited several bids from different companies regarding a bright, white quartz countertop. All the bids were in the $5,000 to $6,000 range. Except Merrifield Marble and Granite. They charged $3,000 to provide and install 50 sq. ft. of 'white zen' quartz, a new stainless steel sink and plumbing (sink hook-up with dishwasher and connect new faucet). Installation of the quartz was completed in about an hour by 3 efficient young men. The plumber came out later that same day to hook up the sink and faucet and connected my dishwasher and garbage disposal too. The quartz is breathtaking and complements my new kitchen cabinets exactly as I envisioned. I'm very happy with the service provided by Merrifield Marble and Granite and thrilled with the price! I would definitely use them again.

There was no question as to who to approach for a partial kitchen renovation -- Nicely Done Kitchens and Baths has excellent reviews on Angie's List and it is a local business in place for 15 years. Clearly, they are doing something right. We did not seek estimates from any other companies, hence the reason for the N/A rating on the price. We are certain, however, that the cost of the work was perfectly in line with other companies. Working with Melissa as our designer we quickly selected the countertop design that best fit our needs. We have beautiful cherry wood cabinets and a gray tile floor and sought a quartz (maintenance free) design that would bring out both colors. Melissa presented us with a quartz pattern that perfectly enhanced the floor and cabinets. In short order we had selected our backsplashes as well. Moreover, Melissa stayed on top of the work throughout the process. Olivia served as our project coordinator and once we had selected our counters, backsplash tiles, a new sink, and the hardware she was able to schedule the work. It took no time at all -- Olivia scheduled three days for the demolition and installation approximately 10 business days after we signed the contract. Everything about the job was outstanding. Juan and his crew quickly removed the old counters and backsplashes and installed the new counters. Leo and Carlos did the tile work. Excellent work all around. There were some glitches along the way and this is what makes Nicely Done Kitchens and their fabricators/installers so wonderful. One curved portion of a main counter was not cut well and was quite lopsided. After close examination the fabricator agreed that the piece would have to be swapped out for a completely new piece -- at no small cost to the company. It was a costly and difficult decision for which the company had to eat the price of the new piece. BRAVO!! Nicely Done Kitchens and their fabricators and installers work very hard to ensure their clients are completely satisfied with the design and the work! It was difficult for us to ask for the correction as we were fully aware the request was not an inexpensive fix, but everyone agreed that the issue could only be resolved with a new counter section. Such attention to detail and the pride Leo takes in his work as a fabricator and installer is evident throughout. The tile work went smoothly and Leo and Carlos did a magnificent job. When planning such a large renovation be prepared for some delays and be sure to budget funds for additional costs that may occur due to choices you make as the client. We initially had some ideas for our backsplashes that did not meet our expectations. Carlos was able to quickly remove the tiles and suggested the appropriate changes, but our error in judgment required the purchase of additional tiles. We gladly ate the additional cost. Also, previous work on the floor of our kitchen required some creativity with respect to tiles to be installed beneath the main counter where we have several stools. Leo understood what was needed and quickly introduced a solution. Unfortunately, ordering the additional tiles caused a delay in the work and with a holiday approaching work had to cease for a week -- no fault of Nicely Done Kitchens. Olivia quickly adjusted the schedule and all of the work was completed as per the new schedule. Throughout the process, Melissa and Olivia visited our home on multiple occasions to ensure we were satisfied with the progress of the installation, to answer questions, and to see us through the process. The work crews could not have been more professional or more pleasant. Everyone who entered our home was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Would we recommend Nicely Done Kitchens? The answer is an emphatic, "YES!" In fact, we've already told Melissa that we have a bathroom that requires an upgrade. Nicely Done Kitchens will be our "go to" company for the job. And, as we did for our kitchen, we won't bother soliciting bids from other companies for Nicely Done Kitchens offers peace of mind that the work will be done efficiently, professional, and the finished product will look great!

All of the people at Rock Tops with whom we had contact were very helpful and professional. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen countertops. We recommend them very highly.

Claudia was very nice and professional over the phone and emails. She gave VERY detailed estimates, provided discounts and free deals without me asking for them, gave several combinations and options and even picked out similar colors in other brands to help with pricing alternatives. We ended up going with a different vendor, but you should definitely get a quote from these guys if you are in the market for some countertops!

Anga came out and measured and I had new counters in 2 days. They were a prefect fit . The installation was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Merrifield Granite for countertops. I had ordered my slab a month prior to measurement so that probably helped with it being done so fast.

It was an excellent experience! John was very responsive throughout the bidding, sales, and all the way through to installation. He was very professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating. His team was outstanding. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this group. I had no prior experience with him or his firm and was somewhat apprehensive. However, all my concerns were erased. The job is outstanding. He's also a very personable and I would definitely use this company again or recommend him to others.

The quartz countertop is installed perfectly. They were able to align it with my old wall backsplash which was very difficult to accomplish. They were the lowest bid I got. They helped me pick the specific material and slab I wanted. I could not have been happier with them.

Everything was seamless! Got my counter tops within 3 days of measurement. I would definitely recommend them. I shopped around home depot etc.. and by far their prices were better.

I received four different quotes from local companies, Artistic Granite was very competitive and they didn't nickel and dime me....for example they were the only ones that agreed to remove my existing counters for free. More importantly, it was clear that they were very professional. This was reinforced when they guys came for installation. They were very exact and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Stone & Tile World did and amazing job for us in 2016 when they outfitted our entire new construction home with various granite and quartz countertops. Goran Zukic in particular was incredibly patient and easy to work with. He explained the benefits and issues with all the different countertop options. If it weren’t for his sound advice, we may have made some irreversible and costly decisions when weighing the benefits of the different materials. Their prices were reasonable and they had a good selection. They also had an excellent network of other providers with even more selections. Their craftsmanship was beyond compare and there was NO rework! Everyone comments on how great everything turned out! Even more telling of this great company and customer service is an “accident” we had a few weeks ago when my daughter accidently broke off a corner of an irreplaceable granite bar counter. When I called Goran to see if he could help (nearly 3 years after we last spoke), he was so friendly and accommodating saying “these things happen…don’t worry, we can fix it.” Within days he sent Alvaro out to repair the counter. I cannot tell it was ever broken AND he did not charge for my accident. That’s the type of customer service you rarely see nowadays. I would definitely recommend Stone & Tile World and Goran’s team for any future business…a TRUE FIRST CLASS COMPANY!

We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient.
