Arron and his team did great work restoring my floors. The floors needed to be totally redone due to sun fading and water damage in kitchen area. They did their work while we were on vacation and we came back amazed. The floor looks brand new and Arron personally inspected the floor for quality and perfection. Even with all the dust this creates and brand new carpet right next to the flooring, they did an awesome job cleaning up and were careful not to stain our carpet.

Crew arrived on time and sanded floor and applied two coats water-based polyurethane. Completed job in one day as promised including moving two pieces of furniture.

The job was done as promised. The results are excellent. The only very minor flaw is that there are areas where a finer grade of sandpaper should have been used in the sanding process, because you can see the scratch marks in the wood from the sanding process in the corners of the room.

Second time we used them! The work went as described and employees were timely, professional and did a great job. We needed some post work touch up. Within days we had employees arrive timely and touched up the work, and we are great!

I was very pleased with Prospect Hardwood Flooring. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job on my floors. The workers had to move furniture (some antiques) out of the rooms and put it back once the job was done. They were very careful, did not break or scratch anything. It was not an easy task and I was impressed with their positive attitude. I also appreciated Jodi's calls during the project to keep me informed on the next steps, when the crew would arrive and answer my questions. I am very happy with the result, the floors look great and I would hiring them again.

We'd put it off because he have young children and in a small house, we needed to have access to the bedrooms and bathroom at the day's end. The results? Absolutely beautiful floors with minimal odor and virtually no dust, making us very happy customers.

I was preparing a 100 year old house for sale and the floors were just ugly! I consulted with DJ floors and went with their recommendations. It only took them 2 days to complete the job but when they were done I was sorry to sell the house. The highly polish dark wood floors were stunningly beautiful! I needed to change the date the work was done because of some family issues that came up. I rescheduled with no problem and they showed up on time and completed the work on time. We wanted to see how good they were so we had them do our upstairs game room that had not been refinished in over 20 years. They were exceptionally professional and the floors turned out much better than ever expected. As soon as we could find time we had them refinish the wide-plank hardwood floors in our living room. Once again the workmanship was outstanding. They did an excellent job making sure the dust was contained to the rooms they were working on, including masking the gaps under each doorway. I highly recommend Naulas and plan to use them again on some bedrooms that need refinishing. The cost I reported above was for both jobs; it is very competitive and clearly a great price given the quality of the work.

Met with Edier Velez (owner) and he was exactly on time. Examined space, got quote which included fixing door. He was able to squeeze the job in quickly, started and finished on time, met price agreement.
