Bruno arrived with two workers and truck 15 minutes ahead of schedule and was set up and working on time. Very nice people that were ready to help with any task.

Spectacular. On time, good price, very professional. Came in, showed them the fridge, they figured out how to move it, asked if they could unbolt something to not damage the house, emailed me an invoice on the way out. Will 100% be using them for my next hauling job.

The two heavy, unwieldy, appliances were moved out of a house, onto a tiny landing, down a long, narrow, flight of exterior stairs, and out of my life. I consider what I was charged for that service more than fair. I was pleased with my initial phone contact with Junk King and happy when I received the receipt for payment online promptly. The two men who moved the appliances were on time. Super polite and friendly. Junk King is a professional operation I will definitely call on again.

They arrived on time, clean truck, outstanding people, very professional, went straight to work and removed everything we needed hauled. Made sure all was clean before they left. Great service.

The upfront communication was excellent and all my questions were answered. The actually work and subsequent communication was terrible. The team scratched (below the surface, not superficial) my hardwood floors when moving the stove. To add insult to injury, I felt bullied when I reported it to the owner - to the point where I felt uncomfortable allowing him to come to my home to examine the damage.

WE CALLED & MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, & THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE US WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY PICKED THEM UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

The service was great. They arrived on time, loaded the truck, confirmed the estimate when seeing the load before starting and then swept up so the area was clean when they left.

I called in the morning and received a call back very quickly (within 1-2 hrs). Arnold was very professional gave me a quote right away for hauling a washer - when he learned the dryer would need to be taken down and the washer disconnected and taken down from the second floor he adjusted the price very reasonably. He set 10am the next day. He called me at 9:50 to say he was running a little late (less than 1/2 hr) and then arrived at the time he said he would. He accomplished the tasks quickly without any mishaps. I would recommend him unreservedly. Of the 4 other companies I called - 2 did not even have voice mail; 1 never called back and the 4th one gave a quote that was almost double ($97.95).

Contacted Bill Cotton on Fri afternoon and he agreed to remove stove by 9:00 am on Sat-he came at 8:30am and removed stove promptly. Very pleasant man to deal with (he is owner) and price was excellent-didn't require pre pay or credit card #-said he works on trusting people. I will ALWAYS hire him when hauling is needed!

I had needed several furniture, appliance, and electronics to be hauled away. I requested a quote through Angie's List to 4 companies. Junk Alliance responded within the hour. Ty was very quick to respond to my inquiry. We ended up texting what I needed. He gave me a range depending on how much of my items would take up room on his truck. He recommended he can just come by and take a look and give me a more accurate quote. If I agreed they will load and take everything away. That seemed reasonable. They offered a same day appointment. They were in San Rafael and I was in Richmond. I needed more time to put all my items together. Ty gave me a Saturday 9-10am appointment. They arrived at 8:55am and parked right outside my garage where I was gathering all of the items to be hauled away. They wore gloves and masks. Ty and Adam gave me a very reasonable deal. I had varied items of different sizes to be taken away. It took them maybe 10-15 minutes to load. They accepted Venmo and Credit Card. I would use them again and recommend them. Great service and fast responses.

The two man team was excellent. Price for service was fair. Other hauling companies I called want over $200.

I was kept apprised of the arrival time since they were finishing pick-up service for another client. When they arrived, Marco introduced me to his two helpers, they removed the refrigerator from a storage room and placed it in their truck. It was a quick and efficient operation. I was charged $30 for the required Freon disposal fee.

PROCESS WAS SMOOTH... WE SCHEDULED A DATE FOR PICK UP ONLINE, PAID FOR THE SERVICES ONLINE, THEY GAVE US A CALL TO CONFIRM, COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOME AS PROMISED.

We were doing a light remodel of a house we just bought and needed a large pile of debris hauled away. I sent a message to Dump Pro requesting service and they contacted me within 24hrs. An appointment was scheduled for later that day and the crew showed up on time. They loaded all of the debris and swept up leaving the are a clean! Excellent service and I will use them again.

We had a very heavy and old outdoor Tandoor (clay and steel oven... equivalent of a barbecue) and we knew based on that alone that we needed help to haul it away before we moved to our new house. I checked the pricing from various services including the 1-800 guys... who's reviews scared the living daylights out of me because of the nightmares with pricing and bad estimates, etc. I called Green Hauling, based on the positive reviews, and Greg picked-up immediately. He gave it to me very straight... the cost of hauling was based very simply on the cubic feet in a truckload and how much of that our stuff would take-up. He also explained how their truck capacity measure was the true cubic feet that the truck could hold instead of the measure related to the outside of the vehicle's holding area (like other services sometimes use when making quotes). Before I had even given him my name or address I learned quite a bit about hauling services and how they work... and I also learned from listening that Green Hauling was being run by some simply straightforward, transparent and polite people. I was already sold just on the calm demeanor and depth of knowledge. It only got better... Scheduling was simple... "next Friday between 10-12". I agreed with my wife that she would meet them as I could not leave work that day. They showed-up that morning 20 min early and immediately called us... my wife was still in transit and they patiently waited for her to arrive. They quoted $155 for 1/6th of a load. She agreed. The two gentlemen took-out a sledge hammer and broke-apart the Tandoor. Loaded everything else up on the truck. Charged the services to her credit card and off they went. Simple, efficient and very professional. Done in less than 20 min. I know we didn't have the biggest job here... but I can guarantee you that Green Hauling is my first choice for this type of service in the future. Honest, efficient, punctual and very reasonable pricing. What else do you need? Very happy! Big thumbs up.

As I mentioned above, he's done small jobs (hauling a few old appliances) to moving 50-year's of personal items and debris from a six-bedroom home. He has always been responsive and professional.

Great service. Called in advance to confirm arrival time. Different team of two for each occasion. Tidy in appearance. Polite. Hard working! Efficient. Did not complain about scope or breath of work either time. Cleaned up afterwards with brooms they supplied.

They helped move some the stuff out my garage, San Jose resale showed up on time they, were communicative, they handled all my appliances with care and this goes without saying, I will definitely be using them again because they do t charge an arm and leg, great service and thanks again.
