Dallas Outlet Installation

Great job! Challenging location to run power and install outlet. Got it done without cutting a bunch of holes in the drywall!

This gentleman was great! I had done a touch of prep work identifying the location of the existing lines and where I wanted the new outlet. He had to work in a hot garage and attic to extend the line to get enough slack to put in the new outlet. Because of the extra work (having to put in two junction boxes for the extension) it did take two visits to accomplish. The price was what he estimated. Very friendly and professional!

Because a wall drop wasn’t possible in converted garage apartment, Service tech put an extended wall plug with junction box on an existing outlet and ran a wall mounted conduit to the closet for the new outlet. Quick work & friendly knowledgable techs. I higly recommend them.

They did a very good job but the only reservation that I had was that they had to drill into the sheet rock to add the additional outlet into my guest bathroom and they damaged a portion of my sheetrock above the new outlet. They applied plaster to cover the hole left behind but it was not a good job. As far as the electrical work they did, I have no problems with the new outlets as they have been working fine.

Very friendly service and courteous. Called to indicate he would be late due to traffic. Came prepared to fix all the issues and provided excellent advice on whether to put a new outlet in. Gave quote. I decided not to get the outlet installed.

We had an exterior lantern that was not working. Zack arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, identified how he would go about fixing it, and estimated the cost before he started work so there would be no surprises. As he worked, he cleaned up along the way. We have an indoor cat, so Zack took care to close the door behind him each and every time he entered/exited the house (which made my wife happy). He also replaced 3 electrical outlets in the kitchen with new, upgraded outlets.

Contractor (Gabe) precisely arrived on scheduled time. We needed a new electrical outlet installed in the garage for our refrigerator, since there was only one GFCI available. Due to the refrigerator location and the garage design Gabe was able to find a good spot to install the new outlet. He completed the work in just 30 minutes. Evertying is working perfectly. Will use his service again if needed.

I contacted Zubra to provide quotes for installing an outdoor light / motion detector and install of an additional electrical outlet. I also had them replace an electrical outlet that was not working. I found their quotes be very high and the cost to replace an electrical outlet (which I went ahead and had them do) was very high. Cost for replacing a defective outlet was originally $112 and technician eventually came down to $82 after I clarified the time required for the installing a replacement outlet was very short.

Chris installed a new and quot;swing typeand quot; shower door on my newly tiled shower. This required quite a bit of his time as the tile was difficult to drill into, even breaking a couple of his drill bits. He had to run to Home Depot to get new bits, but did not charge me for this time. The shower door looks great and we have had no problems with it. He also replaced an existing front porch light with a new lower hanging fixture. He completed this rather quickly and it also looks great. Lastly, he capped off an electrical outlet in the bathroom that was very poorly placed upon original installation and installed a new outlet in a much better location. He explained what the code was for the old/new outlet and I certainly appreciated his knowledge and insistence on doing the work the correct way. Since he charges by the hour, I was very happy with his skills and ability to work efficiently and feel my money was very well spent. As a bonus, and free of charge, he also offered invaluable advice to my husband who was installing a couple of ceiling fans while Chris was doing the other work. The tips he shared with him probably saved him at least an hour or two of added time and aggravation! I will absolutely call him in the future as the need arises.
