    I dropped the phone Friday night. The next day I went looking for a repair facility. I tried two companies suggested by Angie's List and the Apple Store. One company was closed (despite office hours that indicated it should have been open). The Apple Store offered to make the repair for $129. iFix said that it would cost $80 to $120. I chose iFix. I dropped the phone off. There were two phones ahead of me, but they finished the job in 1/2 hour. They charged $100. The quality of the repair was excellent. They were courteous

    Took Samsung phone in with cracked screen. Nate said the repair would cost $85 (which is $25 less than the quote we received from repair shop 1 mile away). He took phone back into repair area and after a few minutes, came back out with the phone and showed us that the glass screen protector was the only thing that was actually damaged. A less honest person could have charged us the $85 and we never would have known the difference. Due to his more than fair prices and his honesty, I will certainly use Nate for any future repair needs and will recommend him to family and friends

    I had done a lot of research on how to deal with a bad home button on an old iPhone. I had figured out how to change my battery on an iPhone 4S and that was a very simple repair, but the 30+ steps to fix a bad home button was beyond my basic skills. I chose iFix based on a Google review that was very favorable. I called and set up a Saturday appointment (weekends are appointment only). We had a miscommunication on the time of the appointment, but it was not a problem as he worked me in that morning. His location is in an older 6-8 story building at the NW corner of Preston and Forest. He is in a small office and does all of his repairs on site. John did the repair as I waited and we chatted about iPhone repairs and his business. He started this business in Dallas a few years ago after running this same business in Chicago. John seemed very honest (e.g., he explained that it probably wasn't worth the cost to change a battery on an old iPod touch tbecause it would require destruction of the glass to get to the battery) and he was very efficient. He did the repairs at a desk while we talked. After watching the repair, it was very evident that (a) John is very skilled, and (b) I had no business doing this repair myself. There is a 90 day warranty on his work. I highly recommend iFix

    Cory is super good with the service he provided us last Saturday. My desktop PC was hit hard with power fluctuations on Saturday night 02/13/2021 and PC was on. After that when the power came back 3 days later the PC was not responding to a boot up from cold, and not giving me the usual Windows 10 desktop screen. I found Cory on line and he provided us with the best service for a nominal fee, restored the PC, on same day turnaround. I am very glad to have work done by Cory! I highly RECOMMEND Cory for all your repair work when you desperately looking for honest & effective service!

    It was great! I had tried to do a Windows update and then the system wouldn't start up any more. I took it into PC help and Brian and Tom were really friendly and helpful. They got my computer fixed up in no time. They also told me I would benefit from upgrading my hard drive. I said I wasn't sure about that. They offered to upgrade it and said if I didn't see the benefit they would put it back like it was no charge. I'm so glad I did it because it's like I got a new computer. It's faster than it ever was before. This wasn't my first visit but it definitely won't be my last either

    There is genius lurking under the hood of this one. Chris is the smartest and quickest computer technician I've ever run across in 30+ years. Watching him work on multiple issues at the same time while holding a conversation about virtually anything is something to see. He's pleasant, approachable, and up to date on the latest technology. He's taken care of our small business and home computer needs. The only issue we have with his services is that he is THAT good that we wait to schedule him when we have saved up a bunch of issues he can take care of all at once. Still, we won't use anyone else.     I took 3 laptops to be repaired, 2 were returned and I was charged for them but they were not repaired. The third laptop was never returned. They kept promising to get back to me but never did. I finally started calling them every other day and on the rare occasion they answered they said the owner would return my call. He ignored at least 20 messages and I finally called Nerds to Go corporate and they made the owner call me. The owner informed me that all store employees had been fired and that he did not know where my laptop was. The owner agreed to meet me at the store but did not show up. After another call to NTG corporate he did meet me at the store. My computer was unable to be found and it was never returned to me.

    a month ago Omg I'm SO ******! Don't EVER take your iPad for repair to G&S Wireless Solutions on Royal Ln in Dallas! Had one working with cracked screen now 2 that won't charge at all!! YESTERDAY 3/13/20 Got 2 screen repair and 2 battery.At least that's how the text messages appear to read to justify increases in quoted price to me. ( shoulda only needed 1 battery I think) Used the charge left in them from yesterday and today NEITHER will charge. And the guy is SUPER RUDE! Saying " they worked on my charger, I can't talk about this all day . I have customers here . If you can't come up with another charger you'll have to bring them in and we look at them again" ( I'm betting for more money) AND he already charged me a little over$100 more than quoted to" FIX" them! I thought him throwing in a used Otter Box case was nice buto $300+later and now we have 0 working iPads ! Before him at least we had one. ( albeit with cracked screen) And HE KNOWS IT'S FOR A CHILD WITH AUTISM/ DOWN SYNDROME TOO( and my other son who's 4) We talked EXTENSIVELY ABOUT IT AND HOW MUCH THE IPAD MEANS with in special needs community.
