They said I needed to pay them half of the money which was $1050.00 and I sent it to Joe's wife's account, Amanda. They came in on Friday and started the work. They could not fix it because they did not know how to do this. They suggested I buy a new sink and I said okay. I paid them the money to buy the sink. This ended up being $1850.00 total now. They said they would come in on July the 2nd and they did not show up. I called them in the evening and he said they had an emergency. They said they would come on the 5th and did not show up again. I sent messages to them today and they blocked my number. I found a different number to call them and a woman picked up the phone. She said she was Joe's wife. I told her I have been trying to get ahold of them and they are not responding. She said she would have them call me or text me. Up till now , no one called me. I called her back and the phone rang again and she would not pick up. I want them to refund my money back.

Estimate looked good, never showed up again. The day he said he would be able start came and went with no phone cal or visitl. I called them and they said they had an emergency state contract and would have to put me off for three weeks. After three weeks they never called me so I called them they told me they couldn't do my job till another time due to Corona virus and I should feel free to hire another contractor, the clue they dumped my job and never intended to do it but wouldn't tell me that. They put me off for weeks without contacting me wasting my time. I took their advice and happy with their competitor Better Construction Services who I highly recommend. If you didn't want the work you should have been honest. They don't keep commitments, and don't contact the customer. If you contact me and complain about his I will hire a lawyer, you earned this review. I work in electrical construction and I won't consider this business in the future. Good luck on your project.

518 RemodelWe have used the services of 518 Remodel on two separate occasions. Their service and work have always been outstanding. In the fall of 2017 they added 8 feet to our garage and then built and outfitted a mudroom/ laundry room for us. This was an extensive project which required construction, excavation, paving, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete and drywall work. All this work was completed to the highest standards. We again, hired this company in March 2021, to do some attic work and to retile 2 bathrooms. Here again we were fully satisfied and impressed with the jobs that were done for us. Sal, the owner, has subcontractors commence work in a timely manner, and he always returns your call and attends to all of the customers needs. This is truly an excellent full-service construction company that performs high quality work.- Russell R.

PATRIOT CONSTRUCTION NY INCThis was the second project that I have Patriot take care of for me in the past 3 years, the first being a bathroom remodel. Both times I have been very happy with the results and plan on using them for future projects. My kitchen remodel that was recently finished involved a total renovation. The demo was done in one day and I was very happy with the care they took not to damage my wood floors and walls. the installation went as smoothly as you can expect when you do this type of project. The tile work ( floors and backsplash ) was done very well and the carpentry ( crown moldings and trim ) was excellent. When everything was done with the kitchen I had them do some painting and install 2 storm doors. Again the work was done to my satisfaction. Most of the work was done by one worker and yes it does take a little longer to complete the work. However I would rather have one person who knows what they're doing than multiple workers who may be more concerned with getting to the next job. As anybody who has had a project like this done unforeseen problems always pop up. On both my projects options were given to me and solutions provided in order to solve these problems. I will definitely use these folks on future projects.- William P.

Morgan Construction Services LLCDue to multiple bad experiences with many construction companies, I had hidden security cameras on this entire job to see if Morgan Construction Services would take short-cuts or steal from me. I was relieved to find that they were honest. In addition, they waited until the weather was just right to do the asphalt. They properly tapered the driveway so that the water would run off. And they finished off very neatly along my long Versa-Lok wall. Going to wait until next season to blacktop. Will definitely hire them do that job too!- William D.
