J Francis Company LLCJ. Francis worked with us to design and build a complete basement remodel, plus two full bathrooms. They were knowledgeable about specific issues with our old home and all requirements that would need to be met to pass inspections. The paid attention to details and let us know immediately about any problems that would cause a change order (like unlevel floors, unique subflooring, plumbing issues, etc.). They're not cheap, and they use a lot of subcontractors to get the work done, but they do their best to find and hire quality people who truly care about the work they're doing. The whole process was easy from beginning to end with very clear and quick communication. Also had them repair an existing system at the same time that was quick, hassle free and got me fixed up properly. I want to especially thank Lonnie, Mr Wade and the Installers for their expertise and professionalism along the way. I am extremely satisfied with the Mitsubishi units that were installed and would highly recommend their services!!!

Not so good. He couldn't figure out why my humidifier wouldn't work. It was something with the wiring of the furnace, but it stopped working after he left. I need to call him again, but it troubles me that he says I need all this electrical wiring work done in my house that I don't have the money for.

The fan belt on our very old furnace broke one night and we knew the time had finally come to replace it. We called A Perfect Climate and they came within an hour to give us an estimate, which included removing the old furnace. The day of installation really well; within about 5 hours they had removed the old furnace and installed the new one. We give A Perfect Climate an A on all fronts: service, price, and responsiveness.

Everything went very well. During the first sub zero cold snap of the year they repsonded promptly and kept the situation moving. They explained all of the options very well so that I knew what the options were and what were the key factors between the systems. Once I made a decision they even helped my secure a financing option as the quick repalcement was not a planned item that was bidgeted for. Based on the system they installed, the reduction in the gas bill at my house will have easily paid off the newe system in a few years.
