Pristine LandscapesPristine Landscapes was prompt in responding to my online inquiry for an appointment to obtain a free quote to refresh my landscaping. The Project Manager, Sue, has been nothing less than prompt, efficient, and in constant communication from start to finish, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. She took time to thoroughly explain the most appropriate materials needed for specific areas and conditions around my yard and offered a variety of options for me to choose from. I felt my wants and needs were clearly heard and that I was in control of the choices being made as well as the budget with no pressure, which was highly important to me. Sue demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge of her craft, as did the hardworking team of personable men who put in great effort to finish the job in a timely manner given the rainy days we often have here in FL. Everything was in place, working properly (repaired sprinklers), and cleaned up by the end of business. The price was more than fair for the materials and outstanding service. Pristine LandscapesOf the 3 top-rated Landscapers listed on Angi, Pristine Landscapes was the only one to reply to our request to be contacted for a landscaping quote. The other 2 failed to make any attempt to respond. The design of what we asked for was exceptional, and the final result was everything we hoped it would be. Sue Sommer was a pleasure to work with, and the 6-man team who did the actual installation of our new plants and rock "mulch" were terrific. The 1st day they removed the plants we wanted removed, trimmed the ones we chose to keep, and planted all of our new plants and palm trees. The 2nd day they put in all the stone "mulch" and cleaned everything up. One of our neighbors has already been in touch with Sue at Pristine Landscapes to request a quote and I've already given yet another neighbor Pristine's contact information based on their seeing our finished landscape job. My wife and I would highly recommend Pristine Landscapes to anyone looking for professional landscaping.- Jim H.

Pristine LandscapesAfter reading their several hundred five star reviews (and a few disappointing interactions with other landscaping companies) I decided to go with Pristine Landscapes to redo our backyard. And they didn’t disappoint! From the first interaction on the phone to in person consultations and the final installation, I can only say the best about Pristine Landscapes. Sue was extremely responsive, professional, and patient during the planning process. I needed some input on plants and design, but also had some ideas myself. Sue worked with me over several iterations, making sure to always explain what would work and what wouldn’t and why. She always made sure to follow up, even when I got caught up in work and did not respond. The two day installation went perfectly as well. Sue arrived on time with a great crew who was professional and respectful. She was there all the time to ensure things were planted just as we wanted them and the team finished on the second day as promised. Pristine LandscapesWorking with Sue was phenomenal! One of the few contractors that actually returned phone calls and kept up on communication. Sue designed a landscape for our front yard and helping us pick out plants, trees, and stone for our project. She also created a photoshop of our lawn to show us what it all would end up looking like. When it came time for installation, Sue and her team worked extremely quickly to have it all done in one day, going the extra mile to add little touches that she felt would add to landscape. Sue's design was exactly what I needed to spruce up my curb appeal, and the crew made it happen. They all worked together an collaborated on the details. They made sure that I was happy with the finished product and each member of the 10 person crew waited through the walk thru to insure I was completely satisfied. They were kind, courteous and did a thorough job cleaning up all of the work areas. The field crew all worked long and hard and all showed how much they to take pride in their work. Pricing was very comparable to others in this business. I chose her company for attention to detail and swiftness in preparation and installation of all plants. The job was calculated properly with no excess materials left over. While some people may think there pricing is a bit high. I can tell you this. You absolutely get what you pay for. I paid for a professional job. That's exactly what I received and then some. I was scheduled for the end of June. Sue called and moved my job up right away. I am extremely satisfied with the results and how her crew preformed it flawlessly. Sue has a superb/professional installation team. Absolutely the best around. I had 4 weeks of nothing but issues with a company which resulted in me firing them. I hired Calvins irrigation and handyman service who came in and fixed all the lines and shotty work the previous company did. even went out of his way to repair my drive way pavers that the previous company left in disarray. I hadnt had sprinklers in 3 years and he was able to get everything up and running perfectly in 2 visits. He is very fair with pricing and the work is definitely worth the money! He is very professional, down to earth and personable. I will definitely be hiring calvins irrigation and handyman service again for my furture needs!
