COUCH TOO WIDE TO GO OUT HALL. HAD TO LIFT OVER FENCE. ONLY CHARGED FOR PORTION OF TRUCK THAT TRASH TOOK. THEY WILL TAKE ALMOST ANYTHING SO IT DOESN'T HURT TO CALL. THEY WERE ALSO ABLE TO COME QUICKLY.

This company recycles anything that can be recycled, ie planned to strip recyclable metal elements from a convertible sofa. Part of their profit goes to CASA for children.

Removed a BIG old sofa-bed couch and quite a few other large, heavy items including an old CRT television. The guys called to say they were running early and to see if it was ok to come before the scheduled time. You bet it was. They were in and out in about 15 minutes leaving nothing but a couple of dust bunnies. They took care not to damage the walls or doorways too and carried all the heavy items down my stairs. Loved the service and will definitely use them for an upcoming move too.

I called the 800 number which went to Canada. Did n't get a return call that day so I called again. The haulers came out the next day during the appointed 2 hour window either to just give me an estimate or take the items away. I thought that their estimate was reasonable. They took about 15 minutes to remove both the hot tub and the sectional couch. They cleaned up and drove away. they were both very friendly and seemed to work well together to to consult each other re bid. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to.

They were there a little early which worked for me. Removed two couches and hauled them away. It was a little more than what they expected but they stuck to the quoted price.

I called Arnold yesterday and arranged a time for him to come today. He called 20 minutes before arrival and showed up right on time. He was professional and efficient. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

It went great, they skillfully brought this odd shaped sofa out of our home without scratching anything. and charged us a fair price.

Not many details . Woman owned. Also made an effort to give couch to someone on their list that might use it(it was too beat up for Salvation Army etc)

He called back immediately and was early for our appointment. Fast and professional. I'd use them again.

In contacting the company on their main contact number and describing my needs, they routed me to the correct person for an estimate. He and I have been in contact via voicemail and direct communication and spoke of scheduling a specific date. He said he would give me the schedule for that day, but no one showed up. I provided a lot of information to him about the job, how many flights of stairs they would have to go up, that the job would require two people, and my contact information. He continued to call me and say that he doesn't have enough information from me. I had to leave another message asking him to call back, so I could give it to him. I left another message giving him the necessary information a second time. The information didn't get passed along to the people to get the job scheduled. No one called to let me know if anyone was on their way or that they weren't coming. Many of my voicemails have been unreturned. I learned later that he passes the information along to someone else, so it must have fallen through the cracks. It took a while to get the job scheduled, and after about 10 calls, they sent one person out to do the job instead of two as I requested. Now I have to re-schedule for another day. The couch needs taken away because it is infested with bed bugs. The bed bug treatment has been taken care of with the exception of the couch, and now the company who did the treatment has to come back to confirm the service is completed. They can't confirm the treatment as completed until the couch is removed. By Alliance not following through on the service date, I have additional costs with the treatment company because I have to have them come back out for an additional inspection. Alliance has heard my issues, and they still want me to talk to the original person I have been in contact with since he is the main contact. I do not feel he is trustworthy or has the ability to communicate effectively and get the work scheduled. The customer service has not been up to par. I have had a very terrible experience overall with them.

John was responsive, courteous, efficient, and reasonably-priced. I was pleased and would recommend him.

The provider came much earlier than anticipated. He had said between 10 and 11am and arrived at 9:30 which would not have been a problem but I had planned to come into the office at 10am. The provider had not asked about the size of the couches and when he looked at the couches he tried to upsell me on the pricing for the job. He relented and did the work for the agreed upon price. When I tried to pay by credit card, which was part of his list profile, he said he no longer took credit cards. Because the amount was so small I took the money out of a nearby ATM but it would have been much serious if the amount had been higher. He was more than prompt. He did the work for the agreed upon price. He was courteous and helpful throughout. I'd use him again, but I'd make sure I asked more questions about pricing and payment.

I used Angies List to locate a hauling company that would take away large pieces of furniture; in this case a full-sized couch. I called the number and got a very helpful gentleman who was able to answer all of my questions regarding their service. This information included the cost of the service and when they would have a time slot to perform the service. The gentlemen on the phone was very courteous and handled the callwith professionalism. At the time for the couch to be removed they were late due to a minor scheduling miscommunication, but the situation was quickly remedied in a very professional manner after a phone call to the service provider. The gentlemen removed the couch with ease and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were very courteous and helpful. I will be moving in the near future and would definitely consider using their services again

Contacted U-Junk it to remove a couch and some other misc. debris next to the dumpster. U-Junk it went out and removed the items in the same afternoon.

Extra nice crew. Excellent service. I am so happy this is done now. I have rearranged my living room and feel like I have a new home. Thanks. If needed I will definitely call you again.

Thor was on time,(a bit early in fact) and quick. I would use this company again and recommend.

I can't say enough about how great Arnold and Tito were. They were right on time. They are so sweet and friendly, and they worked very hard and even did an extra job that I couldn't have done myself. Arnold removed the wires that had been put in place to keep the fireplace flue open, and closed the flue for me. I can honestly say that I have never had workers in my home who were kinder or worked harder than Arnold and Tito. I will definitely call Arnold's hauling I the future and refer them to friends.
