Neal-Williams Mold Remediator/General ContractorI'm new to the area and called Neil when I found water pouring into the crawlspace of my new house whenever it rained. Neil came out with a member of his team and introduced himself and explained what they planned to look for based on my description. I led himself and his employee down to the crawl area and showed them the water entry point. I also voiced my concerns that on my inspection report when purchasing the house, they mentioned that the support pillars underneath had endured some erosion. While showing all of this to Neil, he noticed mold spots that were missed previously and suggested we do a mold test. He sent it out and within 24 hours the results had been returned with an unfortunate cocktail of mold. Neil went to work immediately that week and sprayed down my crawlspace thoroughly, as well as put down a brand new vapor barrier. All throughout the week he inspected the work to ensure everything was going according to plan. Once the mold had been remediated, he and his staff returned to the house within a few days time to begin the structural work which included pouring concrete and putting in new structural supports. The house ended up needing more work than we initially anticipated, but he was more than willing to work with us in the matter. He and his employee's were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the entire ordeal and they did their best to not interrupt my daily routine. They offer great work and I look forward to using their services in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work similar to my own.- Ashley G.

Landmark Design LandscapingAfter receiving quotes from 5 respectable landscape/hardscape businesses we chose Landmark Design. I am extremely glad we did! Alan from Landmark Design was an absolute professional with a work ethic that is hard to find these days. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived, early in the morning, until after the sun set (at one point using his truck headlights for lighting). He was very personable and always wanted to make sure we were happy with the job that was being done. Any crazy request we threw at him, he accomplished with no hesitation and a great attitude! He has reached out several times after completion to check on things and make sure we are still satisfied with the work. ATLANTIC COAST CONCRETENot one issue. They arrived on time every person on his crew is very polite and hard working. We chose gray slate and it's gorgeous to this day and it was done 7 years ago. NEW PHASE CONCRETEIt went very well - I was very pleased with the end result. Joe has a lot of experience with concrete work which I needed because the new patio had to match an existing patio. I liked the fact that he owns the company and also does the work himself - he's very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his work. He did a great job with the concrete and and even better job stamping it to match my existing concrete which he touched up also. I knew after speaking with him that I wanted him to completely gut and re-do the master bath. Since then, Sherrill and his team have gutted and redone the kitchen, built a privacy fence, a deck and a new front entryway. I have full faith and trust in them. They know exactly what they're doing. It's wonderful to be able to speak so highly of a contractor!

Salem Fence was great to work with. Came out to measure and had a quote to me within a business day. I got quotes from 3 different companies and got the best quote from Salem Fence. Once they were out here to start building, it took about 2 and a half days. The builders were very details in the construction. Looks exactly the way that I explained it. Highly recommend George and Salem Fence.

With pandemic and epic weather, we were completed as promised, a week early. Jeff the owner is always available, fair and responsive. He had things taken care of that never crossed my mind, covered and knew just what the local codes called for. The property was kept clean and all workers were respectful of us and our property. A+ all around.
