Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. This was his first service call to my house and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment he courteously introduced himself. His respect for my property and all the while he was working inside my home was greatly appreciated, He spent three hours inspecting and servicing my two units. His meticulous attention to the tiniest of details was truly outstanding. It looked as though he was working on his very own systems the way he approached the entire tune up process. He also ensured everything was neatly cleaned up after he completed his work. Nathan totally gained my trust and confidence in hie ability and determination to maintain my AC systems in top working condition for as long as possible. True professionalism and superior technical skills, like he displayed, are all the more reasons why I chose Jon Wayne as my HVAC Service Company 10 years ago and why I fully intend to stay with them in the future. I did the demo of the old w. heater enclosure which brought the cost down a couple hundred dollars. Marc was very professional and did excellent work. Ms. Sam was wonderful to work with as well. It was awful. I was robbed and he took my money and washer is still needs to be fix. tech contacted me after entering info on my phone on Angi .We made arranagements for an appointment on 071521 at 11 am .At 10:04 got a text tech is on way to my home. Tech arrived and said i needed some type of board after looking at my washer. He made a call and said the board was $330.00 and with labor it would be $480.00 but if I paid cash it would be $450.00.I told him I didn`t have cash and he wanted me to use a cash app and I told him I don`t use those .He said his card reader was messed up .He said he had to drive to Florisville to get money from a lady because the card didn`t work.He drove me to my bank an waited and then drove me back home after I gave him the $450.00 and said he would return in 45m-an hour to get part for the washer and never returned.

Juan quickly diagnosed the problem. He left to get a new drain hose and returned quickly because the parts place was not very far away. I do not receive a receipt with a breakdown between part and labor. I do not know what an hourly rate should be.

Written on 7/28/2021 - On his return visit to install the glass cooktop, Justin (the owner of the business) showed up without a mask and when I asked him if he was vaccinated he stated he didn't have to answer that and that's his personal business. I told him I could respect that and asked him to wear a mask. He refused and said he is following the guidelines. He became argumentative as I told him the CDC changed the recommendation last night to even if vaccinated to now wear a mask indoors due to the surge of cases. We live in an area that is marked "high" for the surge. He said he isn't going to wear a mask so I told him it seems we aren't going to be able to work together because I need him to wear a mask if in my home. I offered to give him a mask and he refused. He was rude right off the bat as soon as I inquired about his vaccination status and wearing a mask while in our home. He started filming me and filmed me saying I'm not going to do business with him and then he said he was still going to charge me for another diagnostic fee and I told him I wasn't going to pay that because he's not fixing the stovetop - as promised. He said this was a separate diagnostic and that I told him yesterday about the heating problem. I told him that is not accurate because he brought up the heating concern when he first came out in November 2020 and said it is getting hotter than it should. We communicated about it getting worse throughout the seven months of contact while we were waiting for him to locate the part (which he never did). I texted him and asked him while he's here putting the glass cooktop on (that my husband and I finally located - after 7 mo's of waiting for him to locate it) if he would look at that too at that time. He said yes and never indicated an additional charge. I never agreed to an additional charge.... the agreement was for the original diagnostic fee of $70.36 which was paid in 11/2020 and was to go towards the repair cost, if we used his company to complete the repair. That was the plan. He was pleasant and wore a mask when he first came out in 11/2020, just as his Angie's list add states they will wear a mask and gloves while visiting our home. This time he was rude, argumentative and confrontational. I tried talking to him twice about going ahead and doing the job because we really needed it done and I set aside the 4 hour window 12-4 as per his request. He told me he has me recorded telling him to leave and he doesn't have time to replace the cooktop. He was only coming out to look at the heating element and charge for a new diagnostic fee. Again, that was never disclosed. I told him the whole reason he was coming out today was because we got the part in yesterday and he said he would put it on and while doing that, look to see if there was something wrong with the heating element that he could fix. When he was leaving the house today he told me to check the mail because he is sending me a bill for a separate diagnostic charge. I told him I'm not paying him when he is not doing the service promised and he told me he will sue me. I told him I will report him to the BBB and Angie's list. He threatened me if I reported him and said he recorded our conversations. I have the text messages between us as proof of our discussion and printouts of his add listed on Angi's stating he will wear a mask and gloves while in my home. Now, reading another woman's review on Angi's dated 11-10-2020 about how she also felt threatened by him and she lost her composure with him due to his disrespectfulness and rudeness, etc. in her home too; I regret ever letting him into my home. If only that review was up while we were looking for a service person, we never would have hired him. My neighbor told me that he seemed extremely arrogant as he watched him leave. Angie's list relies on honest reviews and that's where I found him originally so I am giving an honest review of how he treated us as customers. I noticed today on his add listed on Angi's it still states: Covid-19 Update Appliance repair Health & Safety Measures We will wear masks and gloves when we visit your home. Yet, He didn't show up with a mask and refused to wear a mask. He is certainly not welcome in our home ever again! We will find a company that is respectful to us, has high integrity and can do the job that is promised to us.

Outstanding communication and very professional service. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric. Received both e-mails and texts on appointment to include a photo and short bio of the actual electrician (Brad Mason) who would be doing the work. Wish all home service providers did the same. Brad was on time (actually a few minutes early). He installed 30AMP breaker and associated RV plug in our garage. To avoid any sheetrock repairs it was necessary for him to drop the line to the house electric panel through a wall with foam insulation, with very limited head/body clearance for him to work. No mess left behind from the actual plug installation on another wall.
