The White House CleaningMaria, the owner, was very quick to schedule a day to provide me with an estimate for once-a-month cleaning. On scheduled cleaning day, Maria and two other employees arrived on time, and immediately got to work. They cleaned the entire house, even vaulted ceiling fans and ledges. MARTHA'S CLEANING SERVICEMartha & her staff are excellent! They cleaned places I would never have thought of --- a very good sign. Friendly, professional, & eager to show me their Covid-19 vaccination cards when I ask to confirm they were vaccinated (I had previously been told they were & that they followed good safety protocols). I had a woman on June 19. She was nice but her work was slap-dash and sloppy. I spent all the next morning cleaning what she had done and what she hadn't done. I paid for four hours and she was out my door in 3-1/2. I would never have this company again!!!!

365 Cleaning shoddy and deceitful. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Came to home provided quote. Jaky was on time. Our home is model clean most of the time. While here she told me she had a cleaner for my laminate floor that would make the floor shine. She mentioned her other clients love the way the laminate shines and resists foot traffic. 3 ladies showed up to clean 4bdrm/3.5ba 3260 sq ft home. The laminate flooring was shiny and looked great. Problem is she didnt pick up runners so no shine under the runner and the floor was streaked as floor product was not properly applied to my $6K laminate floor. When I asked what she used she told me Simple Green Multi Surface floor cleaner which was a lie. I applied Simple Green Multi Surface floor cleaner to the laminate to even it up and it caused a big white cloudy mark on the floor. I figured out she actually used Bona floor polish for laminate floors. I was able to apply and even up the floor. Dont use this company.

Talked To Ron The Owner And He was fully aware of what I needed done . I wanted A Deep home cleaning. Hired 2 people at 25 dollars a Hour. Both too work 6 hours each. We had agreed for the ladies to start at 8am- 8:30. Both Ladies arrived At 10:15-10:30 am. Told them what I wanted To be done. After 4 hours Then stated that they were done and they were leaving. I spent $200 for four hours for two people and my house still wasn’t cleaned . I will never Hire this company again.

I picked this company because of the stellar reviews on this site. I explained to the owner, Zac, that I wanted move out cleaning as I was about to stage and list my house for sale. Quoted me a fair price, set the date and they arrived on time. I was expecting my house (that was basically empty) to shine when I returned home. I was not satisfied with their work. I notified the owner (and after a couple of texts) sent him pictures of his performance. Without acknowledging my dissatisfaction and offering to come by and review the work that was performed, he began a defense of his performance regarding my points on text messaging (I was not able to speak with him immediately because of work and told him I would not be available to chat for a time). Again, no offer to come by and review with me with texts that followed. I was able to connect via phone after a couple of days and I informed him the job they performed was not what I had asked for and that what was done was terrible. He did not want to acknowledge that my view of their performance was lousy (and after, again, naming reasons why he could not do a good job) I asked him to refund half of what I paid him and he said that was not going to happen. I informed him the conversation was over and he hung up on me and then immediately blocked my phone. I would not recommend this company for no other reason than the service provided was lazy, with no attention to detail and I believe he took advantage of the fact that I was not there to review it before they left. Caveat emptor.
