When they left, the carpets were clean. Although they were not and quot;dry, and quot; the amount of time required for them to dry was significantly less than when conventional carpet cleaners shampooed the carpets.

Rodney did an excellent work of cleaning / shampoo carpet. He did for the entire house and went out of his way to make things work. Carpets look very clean. He also helped in removing items and did the cleaning of garage. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him.

they came on time, cleaned the carpets and left. It was just what we needed--quick, timely, clean. Our carpets came out of it looking fluffy and clean, without stress. They were nice, professional timely. I asked them to come back again six months later.

The technician came on time and very friendly until the time that I told him that a portion of the carpet in the entrance of our master bedroom needs more cleaning. This is a heavy traffic area. He told me that as much as possible he doesn?t want to clean it again because it will look better when the carpet is dry. I can tell that he was not happy when he did it. His friendly face from the beginning became a sour face. After he cleaned the carpet for the second time, the color came out really nice and clean. When he was done, he brought out all his tools and came back and told me ?I?m done? with an attitude without even asking me if there?s anything that I would like him to clean. A good customer oriented person will always ask his/her customer if there?s something that he/she could do to make his/her service superior before asking for the check. I have the same problem with our guest bathroom entrance. The carpet in that area is a little bit darker than the other parts of the carpet. It needs to be cleaned out second time but he did not give me the chance to say anything. Now, the carpet is dry and still looks the same before he cleaned it unlike the master bathroom entrance looks nice and clean because he cleaned it twice. This kind of person needs more training in customer service or should not be in this kind of business. Otherwise, he/she damages the reputation of the company he/she is representing. I choose this company because it has very good reviews from their customers but I was disappointed.

A crew of 2 arrived late with cleaning van for carpets. They said they would get the odor out of the rug. A very expensive wool rug. THey stayed for 15 minute and the odor remained as strong as ever.

I had bought an angie's list deal which was carpet cleaning for one room. I have only one carpeted room in my house and so it was perfect. However, the vendor was hoping that other services would be added and the low advertised price was only an entree. When i told him I had only one room, he said it was too big and added more to the fee even though there was never a room size advertised. For the record, my room is 220 SF, not that huge. He then tried to get me to buy rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, etc. all of which I refused. He did come and clean my carpet for the advertised price plus the extra for the 'large room'. In all fairness, I think he lost money on my business because the advertised price was so low. On the other hand, I think putting up a price and expecting to bump it up based on customers choosing to buy other services is not a good practice and borders on scamming customers in my opinion. They came, they cleaned, they were professional, they did a great job, but I was put off a little by their expectation of getting additional business.

OxiPlanet Carpet Cleaning

Annie and Dante arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. I had some difficult pet stains and Dante made an extra effort to remove them. Everything looks great. The only downside was the cleaning fluid had an odor - kind of like pinesol. I am chemically sensitive and was a little worried when I first noticed the smell. However, it dissipated quickly and I suffered no ill effects. I would definitely use OxiPlanet again.

Green Heat Service

The tech was polite and professional. He was right one time. He was good at what he did. The area to be cleaned is small. A small 1 bed room apartment. This was a big deal ad promted by Angies List. $99 carpet cleaned for 3 rooms. The carpet was dirty in heavy traffic areas. Upon arrival he explained he could not do it for the $99 AL Big Deal offer. It would be regular price, the $249. I understood extra cost because he had to do more effort for the traffic areas. However the unit is so small, the expanded cost could not be justified. But, he was there, and it needed to be done. They did good work, but I still am sour over the more than double in price than was stated in the big deal offer. I doubt I would use them again because I would be afraid of large costs compared to any offer or estimate.

BEST CARPET CARE
1.0
It was a pretty bad experience from start to finish. Earlier they had given us an estimate of $109 for carpet cleaning. However, on arrival he said the estimate was only for steam cleaning and did not include shampooing. But since this was a move out cleaning we had no choice but to pay $225 he asked for shampoo cleaning. He finished the whole thing in 15 mins and claimed that some of the stains cannot be removed. He refused to accept cheque (only cash) and he rudely reminded us to get cash from the bank even when the work was still in progress.

They use ionized water instead of heavy shampoos. Your carpet dries much faster and they have been able to get some stains out that I didn’t think were possible to remove. They were very prompt and polite.

Called on Saturday, came out on Monday to give estimate, working that Friday. Showed up exactly on time with a helper to move most furniture (did not move beds or dressers at our request). Worked approx 3 hours and everything looked great. Used a little too much solution on tile which affected the moulding, but that is more of a builder problem

Mike has done work for us three times so far. He is always on time and is very professional. Cleaning is done with enzymes instead of harsh shampoos and works really well. He moves the furniture out of the way as he cleans the area and then puts it back in place. The cleaning process overall is very quiet and leaves the carpets slightly damp and usually dry within an hour. The stains are gone and the carpet looks great.

He came when he said he would. He came the same day I called. He came very quickly after I called. There were wine and coffee stains on the floor that had been there a long time. He was here a few hours. He got the stains out and they stayed out. I thought the price was fair considering the time he spent getting the stains out. I was very pleased with him.

This company prices according to the number of rooms, not square footage which is important for me because two of my rooms are not "standard" size. The man arrived on time, moved furniture, and did all steps of the cleaning process. Some carpet cleaning companies do not vacuum prior to shampooing which I think is a necessary part of the process. He seemed to know a lot about various types of carpet and was careful with my furnishings. I will go to this company for future carpet cleaning needs.

Recent Review: This company does treaty excellent work. I had used them but after a few tries decided to use another company because it was so highly recommended. Back to zerorez I went. They said they’d arrive at a certain time and they did, they said it take x amount of time to do my carpets, and they did, they quoted me a price and that was it. The work was unobtrusive, thorough. The carpets look like new. I am convinced now they are IT for me.

Recent Review: Outstanding. Kenda and Ted were by far the best carpet cleaning team we have ever had in 18 years. They are enthusiastic, professional, efficient and very focused on exceeding the customer's expectations. We are going to be sure to ask for Ted and Kenda by name when we use Dalworth from now on. They are Dalworth franchise owners and their pride of ownership really shows in their work. Our 18-year old carpets look like they were just laid down this afternoon after the incredible cleaning job Ted and Kenda did for us.

How much should you expect to pay for nearby carpet cleaning?

Expect to incur anywhere between $25 to $75 for each room undergoing professional carpet cleaning.

The answer will depend on the size of your home and the type of cleaning technique. Most companies charge by room, and the size of the room may also influence the cost.

Some companies also charge by square foot, which may benefit larger homes due to the fixed-costs involved. The charge per-square-foot typically lies between $0.30 and $0.50/square-foot.

In order to keep your carpets in good condition, they will require regular cleaning. Working with the right carpet cleaning company can help you get the best available services at a competitive price.

Carpet cleaning techniques

Depending on the nature of your carpet and the extent to which it's soiled, a cleaning company can implement several cleaning methods. Each cleaning method will have its own cost.

  • Dry cleaning is an effective method that doesn’t involve applying moisture to the carpet. Dry cleaning compounds are sprinkled into the underlying carpet in order to dislodge any stains and debris. While this method is less thorough than steam-cleaning, it’s quicker and more convenient to carry out. The cost of dry-cleaning varies between $0.14 and $0.30 per square foot.

  • Steam cleaning is perhaps the most thorough carpet cleaning method available. Hot water under high pressure is typically used to dislodge stains deep within the carpet. This method is effective for thick carpets that tend to accumulate stains and debris within their inner layers. For an average sized home of about ,2200 square feet, you can expect to incur between $120 and $235 for steam cleaning. The cost can also be as low as $70 or as high as $500 depending on the extent of cleaning that needs to be done. Shampooing can also be used in combination with steam cleaning in order to eliminate foul odors.

Selecting a carpet cleaning company near you

When looking for carpet cleaning services, it is important to consider a company that offers clear and transparent pricing. Read reviews and check their grades online. Consider no less than three estimates to ensure a competitive price, but to also get a good sample of the local service providers.
