Merit Appliance Repair
Levert, came to my house at the promised time prepared to do the work. Upon inspecting my 10 year old dishwasher he determined that the electronic circuit board would have to be replaced. The cost would be about $175 for the board and $125 for the labor. We discussed using the supplier's warranty plan which I had an option to purchase and determined this would be a better way for me to go. I was very grateful for Levert's candid discussion and recommendation that I opt for the warranty even though it would mead lost business for him. Very ethical!

This is a GREAT company. Before calling them, we got another quote for this repair. Not only did the other company misdiagnose the problem, they said we needed a $350 part to fix it. Turns out we needed a $13 fuse. They were very professional and capable and I will most certainly use them again. They were also very nice to my two-year-old son, who loved watching them work. THEY WERE EXCELLENT!

We have a service contract; this one repair more than paid for the service contract. The dishwasher started making funny noises. The worker cleaned out food remains from the motor, & replaced 2 parts (motor & water pump) when the cleaning didn't solve the problem. The water pump was going out & would have needed to be repaired later, but he did it then to get it in top working order & save us a call later on. He cleaned up the work area very well. It works great!
