Fat Catz Fabrication & RepairThe four vertical posts in two custom exterior wrought iron stair railings needed to be replaced and the entire railings needed to be sand blasted and repainted. Dave is a person that does his work above expectations. The railings were carefully removed from our custom concrete stair curbs in way to minimize damage to the concrete. They were sand blasted and painted by Adrenaline Customs in White Bear Lake. Adrenaline mainly powder coats custom auto parts. So the appearance of railings after they were painted was far beyond what is obtained with the standard paint can spray. To eliminate staining from cement spatter used to reinstall the railings, the area around each post was carefully covered with cardboard cutouts and masking tape. Nice job, Dave.- DALE C.

Dave provided a free drawing and estimate of the railing within days of contacting him. He took care of the entire job and communicated with me the whole time about what he was doing and how it was going. He even made sure that the powder coating was done perfectly by Adrenaline Customs in White Bear Lake (which I also fully recommend)! Dave came to install the railing when I wasn’t home and did an amazing job. I never had to even lift a finger and I got a perfect new hand rail for a great price. Loftus Ornamental Iron IncThe owner of the company came to our home, did the measurements. A few days later we visited their shop to see all the options available. We were pleased to see that they do all the fabrications at their shop (made in USA). There were many choices of styles and decorative add ons so we were able to truly customize the railings. The estimate came in well within our budget. About two weeks later the owner's brother and young man came to install the railings. They looked exactly like what we had ordered, they fit the steps perfectly, and considerable time was spent make certain that they were placed level and plumb. The installers cleaned the area of concrete powder after they finished and were very professional. We will be recommending them to our friends.- ELIZABETH G.

As everyone knows, it is awfully difficult to identify the cause of an intermittent failure. Usually, by the time the service tech arrives, the unit is working again. That said, living as we do in Minnesota, one canny abide an unreliable furnace in the dead of winter. So, I was extremely happy with the effort put forth by "Jim" of Owens to track down what was in need of repair. He was dogged in his pursuit of the solution, and I am confident once again in the operation of my boiler. Although Jim is our favorite, our family has had outstanding service from a number of Owens technicians, and I think that that says good things about the culture, training and overall quality of personnel at that company. None better in the Twin Cities.
