I added the free version to try it out but after inserting a word “pick” the page gives 404 error. What could be wrong?

Hi Innostra,
did you flushed the permalink? Go on Settings->Permalink and press Save changes.

We do this kind of support only for premium users.

I am not sure but do you have any cache? Did you cleaned it?

So you can open a ticket in the premium ticket platform with that email (recover the password): https://support.codeat.co

We prefer (also for wp.org rules) to use the support premium platform that is private with premium customers.
