This was done under a home warranty insurance company, Fidelity National. No more than three "experts" came to the conclusion that the furnace was going to have to be disassembled in order to gain access to the valve. That would have cost me $322 out of my pocket and $594 total. Timmy from Rassac came in and in an instant saw how the turning of a gas line elbow eliminated the need to disassemble and reassemble the furnace. Process took 5 mins instead of 5 hours. It was one of those stupid smart situations. So instead of paying $322, it cost me $80. You want Rassac and Timmy on your side. Just delighted!!!!

Very well. Isaac with Dynasty Plumbing was the only bid I received which offered the option of repairing only the damaged part of the line rather than re-pipe the entire gas line from the meter to my four appliances. He was the only contractor who dug into the ground near the meter to discover a very rusted pipe. He included the fallback to do the entire line run if his theory of the partial repair did not work matching other quotes I received. This resulted in a significant dollar savings for me and peace of mind it would be fixed either way. The gas company had turned off my service and Isaac fixed it all in a day. I would definitely recommend contacting him even though he is in Banning, he comes to Palm Springs for work.

Eric was assigned to us by our home warranty company to fix a gas leak in our house. Eric showed up on time and quickly determined where the leak was coming from and fixed is for us quickly. I also asked him for an estimate to install an earthquake gas shutoff valve. After lighting the pilot light for the hot water heater, he left. Shortly after he left, I noticed that the hot water was not firing. I went to look and the pilot light had not caught. While restarting the pilot, I noticed teh ground around the hot water heater was damp and looked up to find water dripping through a flex pipe covered in corrosion leading to the house. I immediately called Eric adn got him on his cell phone. he said he would be right back. When he returned he told me that he spoke with the home warranty company and got them to include it on teh initial ticket so that I would not have to pay two service fees. I told him to go ahead and schedule the earthquake shut off valve adn he said he could probably do it Saturday. Friday he stopped by unannounced because he couldn;t find my number. He stopped by on teh off chance that I was home and he could install the valve, which I gladly agreed to. He installed a nice easy to use valve and the final price was within his quote. Eric was very professional and thorough in his work. I would gladly call him again for service.

I had to have the main gas line replaced. Riley was the tech on site and who gave me the estimate. A bit of sticker shock. However, with the scope of the project, I realized the price was fair. The guys were here everyday on time, worked hard, took care not to mess the yard up beyond the 80 foot trench and when they were done and the inspector came, Paul came out to fill the trench back in. Paul was very professional and conscientious about making everything just as it was before. Everyone was nice. Elyse and Aracely in the office were very nice and made sure all my problems were followed up on and addressed. I would definitely recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone in search of good service. For what it's worth, I found them on Angie's List where I also found a roofer who I'm equally pleased with.

Very professional. American Plumbing, William, explained everything needed in detail in his estimate. The next day him & his crew showed up & work was completed. The gas compant teturned for inspection, signed off & teinstated my service. I will be doing all my future business with American Plumbing & highly recommend the company.

I got 4 bids and went with asp because they were professional and reasonably priced. The crew were very clean and they finished before they said they would.
