Integrity Roofing & SidingWe could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. The next day, the two installers came back and installed the trip. Later that day the painter came and finished the project. He was very neat and his work was better than I hoped for. Integrity Roofing & SidingMr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. Technician was knowledgeable and did good work. However I feel the $362 price was excessive. While the windows were high off the ground, the charges included three hours of labor and ladder rental. And strangely when I was asked to submit feedback on a “ Rateabiz” website, it did not appear.

Plumbers had to remove a concrete walkway to repair a leak. I had Mr. Handyman of North Central San Antonio come out to the property to examine the repair and give me a bid for the repair. Bob came over promptly. His crew did a great job. They demolished 14 feet of walkway, leveled the base, applied rebar and poured the new sidewalk using a cement mixer. I looks like brand new. The work crew was well informed and friendly. I will be using this company in the future. Cost was $2,600. Well worth it to have it done right. On a separate job he put up Christmas lights and took them down after Christmas. He did a good job and we were jery satisfied.

Very nice on the phone and requested insurance claim estimate to be forwarded so that they could be prepared when they came out. Unfortunately, I afterward got told that they would not be able to do my home due to steep pitch. I found that unusual as my roof is no steeper than many around SA and the roof has been installed twice in 15 years..this will be the 3rd time. If that really is a limiting factor for this company, I would recommend that they post this information so that it would save everyone time. It does make me wonder about the reason as I have never had anyone walk away from a roof estimate on this home....and several have been done.
