Recent Review: The Magnolia team was wonderful. Everything went smoothly - from the estimate, to picking out the shingles & color, to the actual roofing work and gutter installation. The roofers did a meticulous job replacing plywood and fixing a previous builder’s poor quality work. The gutter team did an excellent job installing the new gutters and downspouts and provided the correct pitch so the water would flow properly. All the while, the workers were prompt, courteous, professional, and they thoroughly cleaned the area each day. We waited months before writing a review because we wanted to see how the work held up over the winter snow, spring wind & rain, and summer heat. The results are in and the grade is....A+!

Recent Review: HURRICANE Sandy left several areas of my roof damaged; shingles were either blown off completely or shifted out of place. In this case, the shingles were no longer in their proper position, thus causing water to trickle in and damage our ceiling. Additionally, a sheet of vinyl siding blew off. I contacted KAAMCO on December 29, 2012. We agreed to meet on Monday, December 31, 2012. Two men from Kaamco arrived (The owners - father and son) arrived right on time. They carefully measured the distance of the stain on my ceiling, relative to the edge of the outer wall. They went up to the roof and matched the location of the stain. On the roof, they found shingles that were out of place because of Sandy?s heavy winds. They explained my options and suggested that applying a sealant would fix the problem. Several heavy rainstorms later and I can confidently say that the job was well done. The stain has not reappeared. Regarding the single piece of siding, they were kind enough to slide it back into position. As an added security measure, they hammered in 2 nails to keep it in place ( they checked if I had any objection to hammering in the nails).

Recent Review: Bob Bruno and his crew were punctual, knowledgable, and completed the work within a few hours. The job site was cleaned up after the work was completed. Office staff kept me informed by phone when the crew's arrival time was moved down several hours; showing respect for my time as the customer.

Recent Review: It’s Been 6 months and so far so good no more leaks. Royal replaced my roof shingles and flat rolled roof extension. I called 3 companies that gave a bid but I felt most comfortable with their reviews and their price was competitive. The crew cleaned up well and came with their own dump truck and finished in 1 day. My experience was positive with Royal.

Recent Review: Called Paul and we set up an initial meeting for an estimate. Forwarded to insurance, received check, and contacted Paul again for the job. Unfortunately, the day of the job was the day after the Northeast blizzard hit, and the roof was too icy to perform work. I felt bad that he made the trip out and apologized, but he was very professional about it (we live 30 minutes and a bridge away from his place of business). We rescheduled, they came on time, did the job quickly and were on their way. It was a great experience.

Recent Review: The job was good and within the time that promised. The price was affordable.

Recent Review: Went well. the service was performed promptly and I haven't had a problem since. He did point out that there were some issues with the way my roof was installed. He said if this fix did not work, it may need to be replaced (he did not install the original roof).

Recent Review: An excellent experience. They were completed 2 days after quote. Started on time. Work was completed on time and efficiently. Cleaned up and all debris removed. If you have the need for roofing work give them a call.

Recent Review: Excellent! George and his workmen were quite professional. They did exactly what was outlined in the contract and were quite thorough in cleaning up of debris after. I was quite impressed that they were able to complete the job in one day and I did not experience any inconvenience whatsoever. In addition to this George was interested in knowing if I was satisfied with every aspect of the work and assured me that should I have any concerns after I should feel free to call him regarding same..GREAT .
