- February 4: Rolling out puff pastry. Come ready with your "détrempe!" so we can get rolling! Instructions and ingredient list here.
- March 4: Tough times pantry cookies - and puff pastry principles reviewed so you can make our Croissant Chips at home!
- April 1: Mystery recipe using Croissant Chips - REVEALED! Pastry Chef Caroline Schiff will show us how to make Slow Up Granola using hazelnuts - and some Croissant Chips thrown in! Ingredient list here.
- May 6: WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM! Cookie Square/Croissant Chip ice cream with Tiffany Schleigh - yes please. Ingredients and tools here.
- July 1: Cherry Clafoutis - Lily's summer favorite
- September 2: Pavlova
- October 7: Apple Galette

Organizer of Baking from Scratch 101
Michel and Augustin began over 15 years ago as a baking adventure between two childhood friends. The mission: to make the tastiest treats imaginable using clean ingredients. A gazillion delicious bites later, Michel and Augustin had put together a tribe of Troublemakers of Taste (as we’re affectionately known), and have brought that dream from France to the USA. We may be in a new country, but our passion for life, liberty and the pursuit of deliciousness translates très bien. Join us on the adventure!
