Everything went very will. So well, in fact that I hired them again later in the year to replace more lighting with LED lights.

Nothing much to add than the other reviewers. Excellent work, fair price. Emails were returned promptly. They got to work on time, did the work perfectly and left everything clean. We installed recessed LED lights in the living room, dining area, and 3 bedrooms.

Pretty ok. I liked the way the cost was given upfront via email with a quick response time. The Alley Electric team is quick in email response which is good. I had got LED recessed light done by them. They came on time and were professional. One of the technician was somewhat rough with the panels, wall and left few marks on the ceiling. Lead technician was very good. One thing is they didn't come out with the right combination of LED and dimmers. So after installation I could hear irritating humming/buzz sound. That gave me a feeling of incomplete work. They promised to come back with new dimmers or LEDs to check other combinations. They came in after few days to fix the buzzing sound which is good. I just think this could be done at the first place to give a better experience of overall work. I will hire them for next set of services.

It's a family owned business. They are very nice. They are easy to deal with. They were prompt, and professional. They are reasonable on their prices. I will continue to use their services.

It was great, the guy they sent out was a real troubleshooter and went with me to find the right bulbs for the lighting. He installed them and adjusted the track so I had the proper light in the room. He was pleasant and very helpful.

Excellent. It started with Anna on the initial phone contact. She was friendly and welcoming. James came by to look at the job and provide an estimate which we accepted on the spot. We felt he was most credible and liked his courtesy and friendliness. The job was scheduled for the next day. Javier was first to show up and he was most friendly and respectful. He protected the counter tops with plastic and removed the old lights. James then came with all of the required supplies. The two of them worked very well together and the job was completed to our total satisfaction. After the cleanup, the only thing we noticed were the new lights. Good job.

I needed to have a recessed light installed in my stairway that required an on the spot platform to support the ladder to reach the ceiling. The electrician was able to create one and installed the light and asked to add an outlet in the bedroom while he was there...Perfect!

Konstantin was very prompt and professional. showed up on time as scheduled. He asked me where I wanted to install the interior lights, switches and had them installed within 1 morning. They cleaned up after they completed their work. I was pleased with all of the interior work. With the exterior work he had some junior helpers. They did ok but for the wiring for the landscape lights, they did not bury the low voltage lines as I had requested. They just tucked the lines under some shrubs...which would be a problem when the landscaping service comes to trim shrubs, etc. Interior work was done excellently. Exterior work was done ok.

He has done a great job. He was always around to check on his workers. He would call frequently to know whether I had any feedback for him and was very eager to listen to it. There were a total of 13 LED recessed lights put in. He also did the plastering, painting and all the follow up work. The job looks terrific. His price was a bit higher than the others but I chose him because he seemed much easier to work with, and it was. He came back and checked that everything was alright.

Julian was very knowledgeable and thorough in describing what needed to be done. Once we reviewed and agreed to his quote, he quickly got the necessary materials and completed the job later the same day. Very impressive!!

Julian worked diligently and quickly with 2 other workers to replace bathroom fans/lights while upgrading many other fixtures. I also asked for an estimate to replace/upgrade outside lighting for our next big project. Julian is tremendous in his knowledge, how he tracks what needs to get done, and his follow-through. Cannot recommend him more highly!!

The crew of electricians was careful, thorough, professional, and responsive. I would definitely hire them again! I also liked the 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Jeremy (owner) is detail oriented and excellent about getting back to us about our questions. They are also in the middle of helping us sort out a problem with our electrical panel, and have gotten PGE involved.

Fantastic! Replaced the lights just as we needed and they look great. Everything went perfectly and the price was exactly as we discussed. I am very satisfied.

Excellent service. Left email over the weekend, which was answered on Sunday. Appointment made, and Tech was on site Monday AM at agreed time. Professional job, cleaned up after and functioning perfectly. This is the third time I've used them. They are reliable, competent, and fair.
