Erick Acosta installed hardwood floors in our family room and steps and hardwood floors in our basement. His crew also painted the entire basement after the floors were complete. His crew also replaced tile floor in the bathroom and vanity and toilet. Erick is professional and courteous. He is prompt and the work was all done as requested at a fantastic price! We were able to get on his schedule quickly. I would recommend this business 100%!!

Tony and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They completely gutted the master bedroom in our bedroom. Floor to ceiling. Replaced plumbing, walls,floors and designed a large walk in shower.

Cesar and Luis from JWHI did a great job! They worked quickly and efficiently and left the work areas really tidy at the end of each day. They were very communicative and paid great attention to detail. They were faced with both a recessed lighting challenge and one with bathroom sink plumbing, and their experience and high standards enabled them to create finished work that was both effective and attractive. Cesar also patched and painted some extra things for us while he was waiting for Luis to get the bathroom into a state where they could both fit inside to finish the work. This went above and beyond, and his great work ethic was much appreciated. We also appreciated that JWHI picked up the demolition debris and project trash almost daily. The JWHI office staff and Clifton, our project manager, were also good communicators and were quick to respond to us when needed. We were also initally impressed that Josh, the estimator, was able to visit us so quickly and come up with a very accurate estimate within 10 minutes of doing a walk-through of the house. He knows his stuff! We'd hire JWHI again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Proedge Painting was excellent. The painting crew was very careful about protecting the furniture and floors from paint splatter. They put plastic wrap around all furniture and paper on all the floors for protection. The final product was excellent. Would definitely hire this company again.

Our house suffered water damage from a overflowing sink on the second floor that ran over a whole weekend while we were out of town. The ceiling and walls in a room on the first floor and a room in the basement were ruined. The hardwood floor on the first floor and the carpeting in the basement were also ruined. Juan Martin helped us through the whole repair process. We decided to replace all of the carpet in the basement with engineered hardwood (about 1,000 square feet) and Juan Martin was very helpful and patient in explaining our options and helping us pick out the flooring. We also replaced the hardwood flooring in the first floor room. Juan Martin provided many suggestions for our "forced remodeling" project, including recessed lighting, solid wood steps, and the removal of a closet in the damaged basement room. Juan Martin's team, including his electrician, painters, and floor crew, were prompt and professional and did a great job on our house.

Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four days - including new drywall and paint. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking. By Thursday afternoon - less than four days after the leak - they had installed all new drywall, sanded, and fresh paint on the entire ceiling and one wall. Done. Like it never even happened - only quicker and less painless.

We used Marks-Woods to do a full renovation of our first floor, which included structural changes, adding a bathroom, and re-doing a kitchen that had not been updated in 40 years. They were incredibly easy to work with, professional, and the results were worth every penny.

Stephen and his team worked quickly, precisely and well during a four day period. They installed new flooring over old flooring and also painted and installed new shoe molding. They painted throughout the house. There were only a few very minor follow up items that we requested after the work was done, and his painter took care of those quickly and without question. I’ve hired other contractors in the past and now only ever work with Stephen. His price is fair, and we trust him, his team and his opinions.

The bathroom floor looks amazing! We picked out gorgeous bathroom flooring from Floor and Decor and Jeisen picked it up glove us and installed it. He and his workers did a great job. We had been without a bathroom for over two weeks and Jeisen was able to get the bathroom finished within 3 days after I contacted him. The drywall repair and ceiling painting also was excellent. Ceiling looks brand new.

We are very happy in our renovated house! The crew was hard-working, punctual, responsive to my comments and suggestions, and very good at paying attention to detail. The woodwork was especially fine. Since it was such a complicated job, we had some scheduling back and forth, but my calls were always acknowledged. Doug was forthright about the gas lines in my 80+-year-old home and we compromised with gas fires and wood-burning stoves in fireplaces, that look very nice. I feel this is a company that stands by its work and its word. We were all so pleased with the kitchen that Caroline, the designer, had it professionally photographed for the Graves website.

After having flood in our house, we asked Mr Dahi for his service instead of using our insurance contractors. He previously did a great job in our rental property, so we decided to call him again. He changed the entire floor and did some drywall repair in our kitchen and living room. The project was done before even we got paid by insurance. He also made some recommendations to prevent future water damage.

The deck floor was sanded down to the bare wood. Two coats of paint were applied several days apart. The deck floor is now smooth and beautiful, best of all no bubbles.
