Had an emergency situation, and David arrived in 15 minutes to fix the problem. He went above and beyond, making fast repairs. 5 stars. I'm a very happy customer.

First off, they are responsive. They have software that sends text messages and emails for appointments. I really like that. It's give me peace of mind. Second, they are timely- although 10 minutes late, I got a call ahead for notice. The price was okay, I thought it was a bit high but we did say it was an emergency service and needed it done quickly. They deserve an A.

When your garage door breaks, you really want it fixed as soon as possible but not feel like you will be taken advantage of for "emergency service" (think plumbers). David from pro Line seems to be the one to call. He was out quickly, price was absolutely fair, work is done very well, and he's a pretty cool guy. Highly recommended.

It was a success! Our garage door came off the tracks in the most inconvenient time (during our kid's birthday party). Called them to fix it and they came almost immediately. The party was still in action while David got working. He didn't bother us at all. Job was done in about an hour.

Excellent experience all around. Jennifer responded within 24 hours on message with a quote. Later confirmed via a phone call and scheduled a two-hour appointment window (1 to 3 pm) later in the week. Jon showed up at 1:15 pm (pleasantly surprised early in the window). He quickly replaced my two springs, tested functionality, greased the rollers - everything was done in less than one hour! Very professional, courteous, and most importantly, fast and punctual.

Today I needed someone to fix my garage door on a Sunday. It was urgent. The garage door slipped off the tracks and it was literally hanging on with just the cables. I've had occasion to deal with Alcosta a couple of times in the past year or so, and both times they exceeded my expectations for promptness, punctuality and reliability. Motorized garage doors and openers tend to generate pricey repairs, which is why I graded them a B for price-- they do seem a bit expensive to me, BUT you cannot knock good service, so I am happy to pay the difference. They save me time, and my time is valuable, too.

After calling the main office a local repair associate, Grandel, (sorry about the spelling) called me back and was at my house within the hour. He completed the repair quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

Called Doug and he answered right away. No answer machine. A big plus! Explained that one of the springs broke and the emergency latch broke off. He came over at the appointment time. He was able to change the springs and install a new latch within 20 minutes. As he was working, he was able to take a customer call and was very patient and professional. Another big plus!

CALLED AT NIGHT. THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY AS IT WAS STUCK OPEN AND THE HOUSE COULD BE ACCESSED. CAME WITHIN 4 HOURS. WORKED QUICKLY ONCE THEY GOT HERE.

After a brief discussion with him, he made his recommendations and gave me a bid on the service.I told him to start the repairs and I was very happy how Professional and Polite he was.
