Scott came to the house and measured the door/windows, provided a rendering of the door/windows and the cost. I had to get HOA approval and once that was done, an order was placed. As soon as the order came in, a date was scheduled for installation. The crew showed up as scheduled and installed the door/windows. They are beautiful!

Pavel remolded our basement -- install wet bar, install flooring, install carpet, install tile, painting, install plumbing, install lights and painted sun-room. Plumbing and electrical work passed on the first inspection. Pavel did an outstanding job helping me design my wet bar. He did a great job managing the entire project. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were extremely professional and did a great job with keeping the work area clean. My basement looks fantastic! Pavel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for your project.

Another install staff member installed the correct side lights without any evidence of modification. I would definitly use the company again - though I admit that I wouldn't deal with the same saleman.

The installation went fine. We had to remind the installers that we were to have a foot lock. A week or so after installation the screen door fell off. We are waiting for them to come fix it. The door may have gotten a scratch during installation. We will ask about this when they come to fix the screen door.

The price was good and the men who handled installation were great, very neat and very thorough, measuring and checking that everything fit perfectly, amd fixing the wood where the door and windows were attached. They took all the time they needed to make sure that everything worked perfectly. (The process took a little long from ordering to delivery and installation, but the staff all worked hard and did their best given post-pandemic supply delays.)

Super Service Award Recent Review: From the quote to the completion of the installation, we were very happy that we chose Unicorp. We did a full (28 windows) window replacement and 1 exterior and storm door replacement. The windows are the Prodigy by Uncorp windows and they are beautiful and well-made, and the price was more than competitive with the other quotes we received. Our house is 100 years old and still had the original windows, so it was a very challenging and lengthy installation, but their installer did an excellent and very thorough job. We plan on using Unicorp again in the future when we replace our remaining exterior doors.
