S & W Kitchens IncWe are so pleased with the total kitchen renovation we recently completed with S&W Kitchens in South Tampa. We literally demolished our original kitchen, removing walls, going all the way down to the studs and built a brand new kitchen. Our designer, Larissa Hicks and her design assistant, Gina Cerimele were able to take our basic kitchen ideas and design the perfect kitchen for us. The design process was very collaborative and at the end they were even able to come up with some creative solutions to keep our project within our budget. The construction phase went very smoothly. When we came across a “load bearing beam” in an unexpected place, the team quickly adjusted the design plan with minimal cost incurred. Mike Frary was our construction supervisor and he did a great job keeping us informed and the job on schedule. Relo Interior ServicesRelo completed the remodel of our master bathroom in 2014. Our shower door needed some readjustment and a tile replaced from normal wear and tear. We are well past the warranty in 2021. After calling the office, I was quickly routed to a Project Manager and they handled coordinating the repairs from there. Something that I thought would be a quick fix wasn't, at no fault of their own. I was thankful that Relo was willing to coordinate all of the folks to do the repairs and the PM was there with them each time.- Caroline V.

Arce Remodeling CorpJesse does a good job, he gives you ideas and uses quality materials. He is straightforward in telling you what you need to buy and when. He finished the job very timely and cleaned up everyday. My only caveat is to make sure you get his price on anything he suggests or offers to do after the contract. Every person there is polite, helpful, calm and responsive. Brothers, Monte Jr. and Paul, are highly collaborative and have great vision. The demo crew, which included Monte Sr, was fast and efficient. Their finish work, handled by Angie and Gwyn, is impeccable. I miss having them around! Buyer beware! Dishonest and unprofessional. Paid for waterfall edge on 2 countertops, cut wrong the first time, didn't match the 2nd and the 3rd install they spliced a piece on the bottom of their original mistake. John "owner" was belligerent and yelling on the phone. Could careless about the workmanship after they cashed our check.

He designed custom cabinets and installed a new larger shower complete with amazing tile work. From start to finish he was a top-notch class act. Forward to 2021, we are looking to add a new garage that will connect with our home. It's a big project and only one company we trust to see it through. No but we weren't looking for a company that could correct our bathroom issues with pre-fab materials in one day.We have a quality product and the bathroom is beautiful!. Zoltan informed us of the time line for the Plumbing and remodel.He was right on target with the renovation time.He escorted us through the tile store and he help us match the decor we chose. Zoltan is a honorable hard working plumber.He was on the job site most of the time and had his employees work solo,he surveyed there work each day.We did not have to lift a finger in getting things completed. At the end of each day the workers cleaned and organized there tools and materials in the garage. This impressed us because of there work ethic also! I would give Zoltan Plumbing a hundred Stars.We will always use his services-on our Next Guest Bathroom! Thanks Zoltan you are a Gem!

This company is an absolute nightmare. They have been in my home for 6 months and still not even close to finishing the job. Everything they do has to be re-done a second and third time. We have had 4 PM's and I've the VP has been to my house and no one cares. They have their supplies taking up my entire garage and back patio. Currently I've been told they are waiting on supplies and won't be back for 2 weeks. My family of 4 has been sharing a bathroom for 6 months. Do not even consider using this company. They are absolutely horrible.
