Governor Ralph Northam recently appointed five new members to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). In addition, SCHEV will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on July 13 at its offices at 101 N. 14th Street, 9th floor, Richmond, VA 23219.
