Randy arrived at our house "exactly" on time, and then went straight to work. The big job involved the shower in our main bathroom. Our house was built in 1933, and I believe most of the tile is original. However, much of the tile had become loose and was ready to fall of the wall. Overall, Randy did a superb job of gluing the tiles back to the shower wall, as well as adding grouting between tiles. By the time he was done, the shower looked as good as new! Afterwards, Randy hung a huge mirror, replaced a large set of blinds, and added touch-up paint in our living room. Randy works on many of our neighbors' homes up and down the street, and everyone seems to agree that he can effectively handle any job involving home repair. Over the years that he has worked on our house, Randy has always been punctual, courteous, and completed work at a very reasonable price.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The phone call to set the service appointment was excellent. Gina was clear and friendly and thorough. Then Leo arrived two days later. He was on time and did beautiful work. Very neat, clean and efficient. Later, when it was dark outside, I found that the new light fixture (which was motion and light sensitive) wasn't working properly. It wasn't Leo's fault; I had purchased the wrong fixture for the area in which it was to be installed. I called Mr. Handyman at 9 p.m. that night, reached an extremely helpful answering service (a real person) and the next day, a Saturday, Steve Biehler, the owner, called me back. He was immediately responsive to my plight and re-scheduled a service call for the following Monday. Mike arrived and the problem was fixed.

ULTRASONIC BLIND SERVICES
The service technician arrived on time and looked at the blinds to confirm the quote he had given me on the phone. He proceeded to remove the blinds and marked them with a number to make sure they were placed back in the same windows. After removing the blinds the technician took them to his truck which contained a large cleaning and rinsing tank that the blinds were placed into one at a time. The cleaning tank, which contained a cleaning solution made especially for blinds, was agitated by an ultrasonic transducer. After the blinds were rinsed the technician inspected them and touched up any areas that needed attention. The blinds were then hung to dry and later reinstalled in the appropriate windows.

ULTRASONIC BLIND SERVICES
Ultrasonic arrived on time, removed the blinds and cleaned them in an ultrasonic tank located in their truck parked outside. They cleaned all the blinds in about an hour or two. They were pleasant and did the work competently. There was a miscommunication about cleaning a difficult to reach blind, but returned within the hour with the required ladder and cleaned the remaining blind. My blinds were super dirty, but now they are super clean.

Andy and Heidi did a great job on everything. The ultrasonic blind cleaning was well worth the price on our 18-year-old blinds that had gotten very grungy after a major remodeling project. When they left, everything was spotless, including the window tracks, and the blinds looked like new, even the cords.

I had two duette blinds with many different parts-some strings pulled up and some down and there were different blinds attached to the same strings. Anyway, not your usual up and down with one string blind. I broke them and Gary Hartman, the owner of AA Mobile Blind, came out the same day I called him, but because they were so complex, he had to take them to his place to repair them. He did a great job and reinstalled them two days later. They are perfect now. It may sound like a lot of money to repair two blinds, but these two blinds were not your usual blinds.
