Peter Holten Mühlmann
Peter Holten Mühlmann founded Trustpilot in 2007 and has been the main driver behind the company’s continued global expansion. Over the last thirteen years, he has led Trustpilot from a small Danish startup to an international, multi million-dollar company. He heads the company focusing on business strategy and product development and has expanded it from 1 to 700+ employees across six countries. Today, Trustpilot is home to more than 100 million reviews of 360,000 websites, receiving an average of 2 million reviews per month.
In 2013, Peter Mühlmann was named Danish Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
Peter has a bachelor’s degree from Aarhus University School of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Hanno Damm
Hanno Damm joined Trustpilot at the outset of 2016, further expanding Trustpilot's growth in the U.S.
Under Hanno's leadership, Trustpilot has more than tripled revenue while scaling costs and driving efficiency. Hanno led Trustpilot in securing $20M in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank in 2017 and raising a $55M Series E round of financing led by Sunley House Capital Management in March 2019.
Prior to Trustpilot, Hanno was a senior vice president at Bankrate Inc., where he oversaw corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Hanno helped facilitate numerous acquisitions, which helped Bankrate become a leading online personal finance destination in the U.S.
Hanno also held relevant positions at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm and PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on projects across multiple industries. Hanno holds a MF in Finance from Princeton University and a Dipl. in Economics from the University of Bonn.
Chief Trust Officer
Carolyn Jameson
Carolyn joined Trustpilot in the summer of 2019 to oversee Trustpilot’s legal and public affairs, PR and external communications globally, as well as ensuring the integrity of the platform as it continues to grow. She was previously Chief Legal Officer for Skyscanner and Head of International M&A for Ctrip, helping to build and maintain legal and public affairs, M&A and corporate communications globally. Jameson is committed to using her experience in building trust between consumers and businesses to help drive the next step in Trustpilot’s journey. Carolyn trained as a barrister and solicitor in the UK, and has spent her career working for a range of global technology businesses in legal and commercial roles.
Chief Operating Officer
Tim Hilpert
Tim joined Trustpilot at the end of February 2021 overseeing the global day-to-day commercial, marketing and product development operations and maintaining a helicopter view on all moving aspects of the business. His mission is to help realise Trustpilot's strategic ambitions. To this end, he will work closely with the team to further accelerate the pace at which Trustpilot innovates, grows, scales and ultimately delivers on its potential.
From 2004 to 2020, Tim held various General Management positions at the OLX Group and eBay. In these roles, he successfully developed and scaled leading consumer businesses in such diverse markets as Germany, Eastern Europe, UAE, India and Latin America. He also gained a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and a personal appreciation of the relevance of trust for growth. Tim started his career at the Boston Consulting Group and holds an MBA degree from the University of Vermont as well as a Diploma in Engineering from TU Berlin.

Stephen Garland
Steve joined Trustpilot in July 2018 from the global leader in Data and Analytics in energy, chemicals and renewables company Woodmac where he served as EVP & CTO, prior to this Steve has held various SaaS executive, and technical roles from start-up through FTSE100.
Steve provides a proven track record with more than 20 years in Product Development, and Data organizations in evolving startups to scale-ups and transforming enterprises into high performing SaaS Data Analytics or Product Led Organizations.
Steve continues to evolve and accelerate Trustpilot’s Product and Technology strategy, with a laser focus on growth whilst ensuring we provide the best experience and value for both our consumers and business driven through innovation and talent. Steve holds a BEng in Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.

Donna Murray Vilhelmsen
Donna joined Trustpilot in April 2019. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional who has had a meaningful impact within several complex global organizations such as AECOM, Maersk and, most recently, COWI, as their HR VP for their international business line. With more than 25 years experience in the field, Donna has the expertise to build and lead a world class HR function to see Trustpilot through our next exciting phase of growth. Her main focus is to make Trustpilot an even better place to work and grow, thereby attracting and retaining the best talent for Trustpilot.
