    Now that we finally got the container in we can all start really enjoying the delicious we imported in. One producer, Febo, is a young in farming his grandparents’ and making , first time in the US! Gotta try them!

    I LOVE eggplant parmagiana! I've seen it made so many ways in Italy, it's like how everyone has their own meatloaf recipe in America. I'm thinking that I would pair it with a Montepulciano from Abruzzo, like the natural one I just imported in from small organic producer Febo.
