A few months ago I migrated an existing WP site to my server. It’s WP Core 4.9.10. The Updates page reports “You have the latest version of WordPress”. It also reports Plugins and Themes are all up-to-date, which is not true as almost every plugin is an older version. The Installed Plugins page doesn’t report any updates are available for any of the plugins.

I’d like to update to the latest version of WP Core and also start updating the plugins but am unsure what is preventing anything from updating. I did find define(‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false); in wp-config.php and removed this a while back (and even tried changing it from false to true), however there are still no updates available.

Any suggestions on either what is preventing the Core and Plugins from updating or suggestions on how I can go about updating them?

    Many thanks,
    Ben
